According to Articles 11 and 13 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you can submit your requests regarding your personal data to the data controller Gezitutkunları Turizm Seyahat Konaklama Tic.   2. Mandatory Information to be Provided in the Application<\/h2>

  • Name, surname, and signature if the application is written,<\/li>
  • Turkish ID number (for foreigners, nationality and passport number),<\/li>
  • Address for notifications or workplace address,<\/li>
  • If available, notification email address and phone number,<\/li>
  • Subject of the request (one or more of the options below) and your reservation number if applicable.<\/li> <\/ul>

      4. Conclusion<\/h2>

      Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and no later than 30 days<\/strong>; if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority. If your identity cannot be verified, additional information may be requested for the security of your data. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority in case your application is rejected, the response is found insufficient, or no response is provided within the time limit.<\/p>
