Visa and Passport Information

1. Passport Requirements

• A valid passport is mandatory for all international tours.
• The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return.
• The passport must be undamaged, with no torn pages.
• There must be sufficient blank pages for multiple visas.

2. Visa Responsibility

The responsibility for obtaining a visa for international tours is entirely the customer's. Gezi Tutkunları may optionally provide visa application support; however, the visa outcome is entirely dependent on the relevant consulate.

3. In Case of Visa Denial

In the event that your visa application is denied, the tour cancellation conditions (depending on the time remaining until departure) will apply. Damages arising from a visa denial cannot be charged to Gezi Tutkunları.

4. Types and Durations of Visas

• Schengen: It is recommended to apply at least 4-6 weeks in advance.
• UK, USA, Canada: It may take 1-3 months.
• Visa-free countries: A passport and return ticket may be sufficient; please pay attention to the duration of stay.

5. Passengers Who Are Not Turkish Citizens

For passengers who are not Turkish citizens, the responsibility for the passport, residence permit, and necessary visa/transit visa lies with the passenger. Please ensure to check your documents before the tour departure.

6. Minor Passengers

For children under 18 traveling on international tours, if they are not traveling with one of their parents, a notarized consent letter is required.

7. Health and Vaccination Requirements

For some countries, vaccinations such as yellow fever and hepatitis may be mandatory. Please check the current warnings from the Ministry of Health Travel Health Unit (seyahatsagligi.gov.tr).

8. Document Check

Please check your passport and visa at least 7 days before the tour departure. No refunds can be made in case of denial of entry at the airport due to missing documents.
