1. Mandatory Package Tour Insurance
All package tours sold by Gezi Tutkunları are covered by the TÜRSAB Package Tour Guarantee Insurance. This insurance guarantees the refund of the amount paid by the customer in case the agency fails to fulfill its obligations.
2. Coverage
- Refund of the amount paid in case of agency bankruptcy, closure, or failure to fulfill obligations.
- Emergency assistance in case of transportation, accommodation, or return disruptions during the tour.
3. Health and Travel Insurance (Recommended)
The Package Tour Guarantee Insurance does not cover the customer's personal health and travel risks. We strongly recommend obtaining separate insurance for the following situations:
- Schengen-type travel health insurance for international tours (visa may be required).
- Personal accident and health insurance for domestic tours.
- Luggage and belongings loss insurance.
- Cancellation guarantee insurance (for personal force majeure reasons).
4. Claim / Damage Notification
For any damage claims arising during or after the tour, please first contact Gezi Tutkunları: 0850 304 84 21 · [email protected]. Coordination will be provided with the insurance company if necessary.
5. Important Notes
- The full text of the insurance policy will be provided upon request.
- Please inform our agency about your health status before the tour (special diet, medication, mobility restrictions, etc.).
- The responsibility for passport and visa for international tours lies entirely with the customer.
