1. Parties
This agreement is made between Gezi Tutkunları, operating at https://gezitutkunlari.com, and the user who registers on the site.
2. Membership Conditions
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information in the membership form.
- Maintain the confidentiality of membership information.
3. Member's Rights and Obligations
- Do not use the site content outside legal boundaries.
- Respect the rights of other users.
- Fake reviews, abusive messages, and the use of automated bots are prohibited.
- It is the user's responsibility to ensure account security.
4. Agency's Rights
Gezi Tutkunları reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership accounts that violate the rules, provide false information, or are detected to be used maliciously without warning.
5. Membership Cancellation
The member can cancel their membership via the "Delete My Account" option in the mobile application or by notifying [email protected]. Records that we are legally required to retain (reservation, payment, invoice) will continue to be kept for the relevant periods.
6. Intellectual Property
The site content, logo, design, and visuals belong to Gezi Tutkunları. They cannot be used or copied without permission.
7. Dispute
Turkish Law shall apply to disputes arising from this agreement.
