After meeting with our esteemed guests at the specified times above, we will start our journey with the October 29 Special Cappadocia Ihlara Valley and Hacı Bektaş Tour using Gezi Tutkunları' buses. First, we will take a break at Kaynaşlı Türsan Rest Area, then pick up our guests coming from Ankara, and our first stop will be Salt Lake, where we will have a short photo break in the early morning. After that, we will stop for breakfast at Kapadokus Hotel (Extra). After breakfast, we will head towards the Cappadocia region, known as the 'Land of Beautiful Horses' by the Persians. Our first stop will be Ihlara Valley, which is formed by the Melendiz River and is 14 km long. During our short walk in Ihlara Valley, we will see the Ağaçaltı Church, one of the 105 surviving places of worship in the valley, and the Yılanlı Church, the only church depicting Jesus Christ in a seated position. After Ihlara Valley, our second stop will be the Underground City, which is a marvel of engineering and large enough for thousands of people to live for months while escaping enemy raids (Derinkuyu Underground City, Kaymaklı Underground City, or Özkonak Underground City can be visited). After our visit to the Underground City, we will have an extra lunch break at our rock-designed restaurant in Uçhisar, famous for its pottery. After lunch, we will learn about the pottery made from the red soil taken from the old bed of the Kızılırmak River and watch the production, followed by a photo break at Paşabağ (Valley of Saint Simeon), where we will see the most beautiful examples of multi-headed fairy chimneys. After wandering among the fairy chimneys and taking photos, we will visit Develi Valley (Dervent Valley), which hosts interesting fairy chimney formations and is named after the fairy chimney shaped like a camel. This route will take us to Ürgüp, one of the most important points in Cappadocia. After a panoramic tour of Ürgüp, known as Prokopia during the period when Greeks lived there, we will pass by the mansion where the series Asmalı Konak was filmed, and see the Hat-wearing Fairy Chimneys and the symbol of Cappadocia, the Three Beauties Fairy Chimneys. At the end of our tours, we will visit the Wine Cellars where we will have the opportunity to taste the delicious wines of Cappadocia. After all our tours, we will check into our hotel. Dinner and accommodation will be at our hotel. Guests who wish can join our Turkish Night Organization, which is a must in Cappadocia, after dinner (Extra). *Turkish Night: 8-10 varieties of appetizers according to the season, nuts, popcorn, unlimited local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be served. Day 3
— Balloon Tour, Balloon Watching Tour, ATV Safari, Horse Riding, Onyx Stone Worksh...
On the 3rd day of our October 29 Special Cappadocia Ihlara Valley and Hacı Bektaş Tour, we start the new day after having breakfast at our hotel. We will go for an ATV Tour to wander among the fairy chimneys or to watch the balloon launches and go on a balloon tour (Extra), and guests can also join our Horse Riding Tour (Extra). First, we will visit the Onyx Stone Workshop to learn about the properties and processing of Onyx, a subtype of Agate in the Quartz group. After our visit to the Onyx Stone Workshop, we will explore the Göreme Open-Air Museum, considered the place where the monastic education system was initiated, accompanied by our guide's explanations. During the break after our guide's explanations, you can visit the Rock Churches (Saint Basil Chapel, Elmalı Church, Yılanlı Church), the Dining Hall, Kitchen, and Pantry. After our visit, we will take an extra lunch break. After lunch, we will visit the Pigeon Valley, one of the most beautiful valleys in the region. After photographing the pigeon nests and purchasing some of Cappadocia's famous nuts, we will leave Cappadocia and head to Ayazel Leather to see the transformation of a recently popular tourist and cultural organization into a modern one. After our presentation, we will head to Hacıbektaş district, where the tomb of Hacı Bektaş-i Veli, who was born in 1248 in Horasan and embraced all segments with his universal views from the 13th century, is located. At the Hacı Bektaş-i Veli Museum, we will enter through the Ak Kapı, the largest of the seven doors that gradually decrease in size, and reach the Nadar Courtyard. After seeing the Üçler Fountain, we will pass through the Üçler Gate to the Dargah Courtyard, where we will see the Triangular Pool, the Lion Fountain, the Sacred Black Cauldron in the Aş Evi, the Dervish Outfit and Items in the Guest House, and then proceed to the Pir Courtyard. Upon entering the courtyard, we will see the Atatürk Corner and the Dervish Caps at the Balım Sultan Tomb, and visit the Çilehane in the Pir House, Kırklar Square, Güvenç Abdal Tomb, and the Tomb of Hacı Bektaş-i Veli located in Huzur-u Pir before starting our return journey. In the evening, after a beautiful weekend holiday, we will drop you off at the points we picked you up from and bid farewell until we meet again at the next Gezi Tutkunları organization.
