— Cappadocia, Salt Lake, Ihlara Valley, Melendiz River, Derinkuyu Underground City...
After meeting with our esteemed guests at the specified times above, we begin our journey for the October 29 Special Cappadocia Ihlara Valley and Ürgüp Göreme Tour with the buses of Gezi Tutkunları. First, we will take a break at Kaynaşlı Türsan Rest Area, then we will pick up our guests coming from Ankara, and our first stop will be Salt Lake, where we will have a short photo break in the early morning hours. After that, we will have our first breakfast at Kapadokus Hotel (Extra). After breakfast, we head towards the Cappadocia region, which the Persians called the “Land of Beautiful Horses.” Our first stop will be Ihlara Valley, which is 14 km long and formed by the Melendiz River. During our short walk in Ihlara Valley, we will see the Ağaçaltı Church, one of the 105 remaining places of worship in the valley, and the Yılanlı Church, the only church depicting Jesus Christ in a cross-legged position. After Ihlara Valley, our second stop will be a short photo break at the crater lake of Narlı Göl, a natural beauty. The Underground City (Derinkuyu Underground City, Kaymaklı Underground City, or Özkonak Underground City can be visited), which is large enough for thousands of people to live for months while escaping enemy raids and is also an engineering marvel, will be next. After our visit to the Underground City, we will have an extra lunch break at our rock-designed restaurant in Avanos, famous for its pottery. After lunch, we will learn about the pottery made from the red clay taken from the old bed of the Kızılırmak River and watch the production, then we will leave Avanos and go to the Secret Garden, where you will watch the Göreme Valley and Cappadocia beneath your feet. After enjoying our tea here, we will go to Pigeon Valley, where we can see Uçhisar Castle, the highest of Cappadocia's three elevations, and many Pigeon Houses, and we will have a photo break here. After our photo break, we will shop for the region's famous delicacies, Pumpkin Seeds. At the end of the day, we will visit the Wine Cellar, where we will learn how Cappadocia's delicious wines are produced and stored. After all our tours, we check into our hotel. Day 3
— Balloon Tour, Balloon Watching Tour, ATV Safari, Horse Riding, Onyx Stone Worksh...
On the 3rd day of our October 29 Special Cappadocia Ihlara Valley and Ürgüp Göreme Tour, after having breakfast at our hotel, we start the new day. Guests who wish can join our organizations such as Balloon Tour (Extra) to view Cappadocia from above before breakfast, Balloon Watching Tour (Extra) to photograph Cappadocia with balloons, ATV Tour (Extra) to explore among the fairy chimneys, and Horse Riding Tour (Extra). First, we will visit the Onyx Stone Workshop to learn about the properties and processing of Onyx, a subtype of Agate, which is part of the Quartz group. After our visit to the Onyx Stone Workshop, we will tour the Göreme Open Air Museum, considered the place where the monastery education system was initiated, accompanied by our guide's narration. During the break we will take after our guide's narration, you can visit the Rock Churches (St. Basil Chapel, Elmalı Church, Yılanlı Church), the Dining Hall, Kitchen, and Pantry. After the visit, we will take an extra lunch break. After lunch, we will have a photo break at Paşabağ (St. Simeon Valley), where we will see the most beautiful examples of multi-headed fairy chimneys. After wandering among the fairy chimneys and taking photos at Paşabağ, we will explore Dervent Valley, which contains interesting fairy chimney formations and is named after the fairy chimney shaped like a camel. This path will lead us to Ürgüp, one of the most important points in Cappadocia. After a panoramic tour inside Ürgüp, known as Prokopia during the period when the Greeks lived, we will pass by the mansion where the Asmalı Konak series was filmed, and we will see the Hat-Headed Fairy Chimneys and the Three Beauties Fairy Chimneys, which are the symbols of Cappadocia. After all our tours, we return to our hotel. Dinner and accommodation will be at our hotel. Day 4
— Sinassos, Mustafapaşa, Ayazel Leather, Hacı Bektaşı Veli Tomb
On the 4th day of our October 29 Special Cappadocia Ihlara Valley and Ürgüp Göreme Tour, after having breakfast at our hotel, we will reach Sinassos, which has been named Mustafapaşa, where the majority of the population was Greek until the 1920s, meaning 'City of the Sun' in Greek. After visiting the mansion known as Asmalı Konak, built in the 1800s and originally owned by a Greek painter named Yorha Vasil, we will take a tea-coffee break in the town center. After the break, we will come to Avanos. To see the transformation of a recently popular tourist and cultural organization into a modern one, we will go to Ayazel Leather and receive our presentation. After our presentation, we will leave Cappadocia and follow the Kızılırmak River, which originates from Kızıldağ in Sivas and flows into the Black Sea from Bafra in Samsun, reaching Gülşehir. From here, we will go to Hacıbektaş district, where the tomb of Hacı Bektaş-i Veli, a Turkish mystic born in 1248 in Khorasan and the patron of the Janissaries, is located. In the Hacı Bektaş-i Veli Museum, we will pass through the Ak Kapı, the largest of the seven doors that gradually decrease in size, and reach the Nadar Courtyard. After seeing the Üçler Fountain, we will pass through the Üçler Gate to the Dargah Courtyard, where we will see the Triangular Pool, the Lion Fountain, the Sacred Black Cauldron in the Aş Evi, and the Dervish Clothes and Items in the Guest House, before moving on to the Pir Courtyard. Upon entering the courtyard, we will see the Atatürk Corner and the Dervish Caps in the Balım Sultan Tomb and visit the Çilehane in the Pir House, the Kırklar Square, the Güvenç Abdal Tomb, and the Hacı Bektaş-i Veli Tomb in the Huzur-u Pir before starting our return journey. In the evening, after leaving behind a beautiful weekend holiday, we will drop you off at the points we picked you up from and bid farewell until we meet again at the next Gezi Tutkunları organization.
