Cancellation Policy:
1. General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
2. If sufficient participation is not achieved, Travel Enthusiasts reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In this case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest, and the tour fee will be fully refunded. The refund for additional services taken outside the tour is also applicable for domestic flights booked through Travel Enthusiasts. Regarding visa services and travel health insurance, if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest, the refund for these services will not be possible. If no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance will be canceled, and a refund will be issued. Guests who have booked domestic connecting flights from another provider cannot request a refund for cancellations made by Travel Enthusiasts. Any financial and moral losses that may arise in the event of tour cancellation are deemed accepted by the guest, and Travel Enthusiasts cannot be held responsible.
3. If sufficient participation is not achieved, Travel Enthusiasts reserves the right to cancel the tour in good faith. In this case, if the tour is provided specifically for the guest, the guiding service will only cover the international round-trip airport transfer.
