This information should be followed by the guests themselves. 17- Wtatil is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated by the airline rules for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area for guests who miss the flight are their responsibility. 18- The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country of destination. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 19- For guests who wish to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrades can be made depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline you are a member of) after the tickets are issued. Other Matters 21- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply. 22- In cases where the hotel(s) are specified only by category information without mentioning names in the tour program and/or options are presented for the same destination, Wtatil will inform the guest 48 hours before the trip departure. 23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further away than the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, Wtatil will inform 15 days before the tour departure date. 24- When registering for the purchased tour; the guest must correctly enter/declare the name, date of birth, and passport number as it appears on the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 25- Before leaving Turkey, check with your service provider to ensure your phone is enabled for international use. 26- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by Wtatil. Care is taken to ensure that the reserved rooms are in accordance with the guest's preferences, depending on the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil. 28- The breakfast provided at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally found in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served with limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for groups. 29- In some cases, a double bed may be available instead of a twin room. Most European hotels offer twin rooms that can be combined if necessary. 30- The child and extra bed policy may vary by hotel and room types. 31- Any extra bed and baby cot are provided upon request and subject to the hotel's availability and must be approved by the hotel. 32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is 1 (maximum). 33- Extra bed application is available in triple rooms, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of folding beds and coach beds. Our guests are deemed to have accepted the potential crowding and bed types due to extra beds to be added to standard rooms in their triple room and/or child-inclusive reservations. 34- If the number of children staying with adults and their ages are incorrectly declared by our guests in hotel reservations, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification for children. 35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to the age group that matches the “single child” staying with two adults. 36- Daily exchange rates are reflected in TL prices. The rates valid at the time of payment apply. Any additional requests and some extra services you receive at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) will be subject to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All kinds of city, tourism, or other taxes currently applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit. 38- The road distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions. 39- Wtatil may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of mandatory situations or when deemed necessary. 40- Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred during their delivery to the country and/or person are the responsibility of the item owner. 41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to health issues with them. 42- For possible extra expenses at check-in, the hotel may request a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit. The refund of the deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no intervention in this matter. Visa and Passport 43- Visa application is required for Turkish citizens. 44- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. 45- To have an entry-exit stamp on your passport at customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport. 46- Being exempt from a visa for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean that entry/exit to the country can be made; the passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country, and Wtatil is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger. 47- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using the passport of another country must personally consult the relevant consulates about the visa procedures applied by the country to be visited; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for any resulting consequences. 48- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged must be renewed to avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 49- Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked by the police officer on duty to show a document indicating the joint consent of both parents at the country’s entry-exit points; therefore, we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this matter.
