We meet at the Air Astana Airlines counter at the International Departures terminal of Istanbul New Airport at 09:20. After luggage and passport procedures, we depart for Kazakhstan at 12:20 on Air Astana flight KC914. We arrive at Almaty Airport at 19:55.
Day 2: Kazakhstan-Phuket
Next, we depart for Phuket at 00:30 on Air Astana flight KC563. We will arrive at Phuket Airport at 09:30 local time. We transfer to our hotel with our private vehicle waiting for us. Free time throughout the day. Optionally, our guests can join the extra Phuket Old Town Tour. Additionally, in the evening, there may be guests who want to participate in the extra Siam Niramit Show Tour.

If sufficient participation is not achieved, Travel Enthusiasts have the right to cancel the tour 21 days before the travel date. In this case, the guest will be informed of the cancellation, and the tour fee will be fully refunded. The refund conditions for additional services taken outside the tour; if domestic connecting flights are purchased from Travel Enthusiasts, they will be refunded, while services such as visa services and travel health insurance will not be refunded if used. If a visa application has not been made, these services will be canceled, and a refund will be made. If the guest has purchased the domestic connecting flight from another provider, they cannot request any refund in case of cancellation by Travel Enthusiasts. Any material and moral losses that may arise as a result of tour cancellation are accepted in advance by the guest, and Travel Enthusiasts cannot be held responsible. 3. When sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, Travel Enthusiasts have the right to cancel the tour in good faith. In this case, since the tour is provided specifically for the guest, the guiding service only covers the international round-trip transfer. **Cancellation and Change** 4.
