1. General terms are an integral part of the tour program and these two elements cannot be considered separately.
2. In cases where sufficient participation is not achieved, Gezi Tutkunları reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In this case, the guest will be informed of the cancellation and the tour fee will be fully refunded. For refunds of additional services obtained outside the tour, if the domestic flight ticket purchased from Gezi Tutkunları is refunded, visa services and travel health insurance will not be refunded if they have been used. However, if no visa application has been made, a refund will be made for the cancellation of these services. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight from another provider and the tour is canceled by Gezi Tutkunları, they cannot request any refund. The guest accepts any material and moral losses that may occur in the event of tour cancellation, and Gezi Tutkunları cannot be held responsible.
3. If sufficient participation is not achieved, Gezi Tutkunları has the right to cancel the tour in good faith. In this case, only the international round-trip airport transfer guidance service will be included due to the special arrangement of the tour for the guest.

4. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date will incur a penalty amount reflected in the ticket fees for cancellation and change requests.
5. Guests must notify Gezi Tutkunları in writing at least 30 days prior to the tour departure date.
