Belgrade Tour Semester Special with Turkish Airlines 3 Nights 4 Days 2027

Day 1 — Istanbul – Belgrade

We meet at the International Departures terminal of Istanbul airport, 4 hours before our flight. We depart for Belgrade at 08:10 with Turkish Airlines flight TK1081. After a comfortable flight, we arrive at 08:55 and, after completing the entry procedures, we start our city tour of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, with our private bus. The Old Palace adorned with magnificent carved ceilings from the Ottoman period, the Millennium Monument, the Belgrade Fortress located at the confluence of the Sava River and the Danube, where Fatih Sultan Mehmed was wounded but the conquest was granted to Kanuni Sultan Süleyman, Kalemegdan Square, Tašmajdan, the Military Museum, the tomb of Şehit Ali Pasha, and the Bayraklı Mosque are among the places to visit. After the tour, accommodation is at our hotel in Belgrade.

Day 2 — Belgrade

After breakfast, guests who wish to spend their free time can join the Zemun & Avala Tower & Tito's Tomb Tour & Tesla Museum Tour. At the end of the tour, we return to Belgrade. Overnight at our hotel in Belgrade. Extra Tour: Zemun & Avala Tower & Tito's Tomb Tour & Tesla Museum: 80 Euros. Guests who wish can participate in the extra Zemun - Avala Tower and Tito's tomb tour. First, we go to Zemun, where we will see the villas from the Austro-Hungarian period, the bazaar, the tavern street, the old theater, and Zemun Park. Then we visit the Avala Tower designed by architects Ugljesa Bogunovic and Slobodan Janjic. After visiting the tower, which was bombed by NATO in 1999 and reopened in 2010, we will visit the memorial tomb of Marshal Tito, the Croatian-born founder of the 2nd Yugoslavia. After visiting Tito's tomb, who was elected President of Yugoslavia on January 13, 1953, and was made president for life in 1974, we will tour the Tesla Museum. Nikola Tesla is an inventor who made significant contributions to the world of science and technology, and his museum will attract great interest.

Day 3 — Belgrade

After breakfast, guests who wish to spend their free time can join the Novi Sad & Sremski Karlovci Tour. At the end of the tour, we return to Belgrade. Overnight at our hotel in Belgrade. Extra Tour: Novi Sad & Sremski Karlovci Tour: 65 Euros. In this tour, we set off in our private vehicle to Novi Sad in the morning. Our first stop is Sremski Karlovci. In this beautiful town, the Karlovci Peace Treaty was signed in 1699 after 72 days of negotiations between the Ottoman Empire and Austria-Hungary, Venice, and Poland. During our visit, we will see the four-gated place where the treaty was signed, the square, the four lion fountains, the historical school, and the Orthodox and Catholic churches. After a coffee break, we continue on our way. Along the way, we will see the Belgrade Gate, clock tower, upper town, long barracks, and Leopold gate at Petrovaradin Fortress. Then we arrive in Novi Sad. Vojvodina is a multi-ethnic region in northern Serbia and is the most economically developed area, with Novi Sad as its capital. During our walking tour here, we will see the Freedom Square, People's Theater, Danube Street and its waterfront, Svetozar Miletić Statue, Catholic Cathedral, Orthodox St. George Cathedral, St. Nicholas Church, and Synagogue panoramically.

Day 4 — Belgrade - Istanbul

After breakfast and checking out of the rooms, we have free time. After free time, we head to the airport. After luggage, ticket, and check-in procedures, we depart for Istanbul Airport at 15:30 with Turkish Airlines flight TK1080. Our tour ends with arrival at 18:25.
