Day 1: Istanbul – Bergamo – Como – Milan
We meet our valued guests at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departure Terminal, 3 hours before our flight time. After completing ticketing, baggage check-in, and passport procedures, we depart for Bergamo at 11:15 AM. After arriving in Bergamo at 12:15 PM local time, we complete our passport and baggage procedures and transfer to Como with our private bus waiting for us. Upon arrival in Como, we will conduct our panoramic city tour, visiting the historical center of the city, Como Cathedral, Piazza del Duomo, the shores of Lake Como, and its characteristic streets. After our city tour, we head towards Milan. Upon arrival in Milan, we transfer to our hotel and check into our rooms.
Day 2: Milan – Serravalle Designer Outlet – Milan
After having breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we head towards Serravalle Designer Outlet, one of the largest shopping centers in Europe. We give you free time to shop and meet your personal needs at this outlet center featuring world-famous brands. After this time, we return to Milan and start our panoramic city tour of Milan. During the tour, we will see landmarks such as Duomo Square, Milan Cathedral, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, La Scala Opera House, Castello Sforzesco, and important squares. After our city tour, we offer free time for shopping, dinner, and personal activities.
Day 3: Milan – Tirano – Bernina Express – St. Moritz – Chur
After having breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we check out of our rooms and head towards the town of Tirano, near the Swiss border of Italy, with our private bus. Upon arrival in Tirano, we offer a short free time for lunch and exploring the town. After this time, we begin our journey on the Bernina Express, one of the most impressive train journeys in the world. Along the UNESCO World Heritage-listed route, we make an unforgettable trip accompanied by the Brusio Spiral Viaduct, Bernina Pass, Alpine lakes, and high mountain views. After our Bernina Express journey, we reach the famous Swiss ski resort of St. Moritz.
Day 4: Chur – Heididorf – Lucerne – Basel
After having breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we check out of our rooms and head towards Heididorf, which inspired the world-famous Heidi story. In Heididorf, near the town of Maienfeld, we have the opportunity to see Heidi's traditional village houses, living spaces, and the magnificent nature of the Swiss Alps. After our visit, we proceed to Lucerne, one of Switzerland's most beautiful cities. Upon arrival in Lucerne, we start our panoramic city tour. During this tour, we will see landmarks such as Kapellbrücke (Chapel Bridge), Reuss River, Historic Old Town, Lion Monument, and the shores of Lake Lucerne. After our city tour, we provide free time for lunch and personal activities. After the free time, our guide will determine the time for us to head to Basel.
Day 5: Basel – Istanbul
After having breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we check out of our rooms and start our panoramic city tour of Basel. Located at the intersection of the borders of Switzerland, France, and Germany, during our tour in Basel, we will see Basel Minster Cathedral, Basel Town Hall, Marktplatz, Historic Old Town, and the shores of the Rhine River. After our city tour, we transfer to Basel Airport at the time determined by our guide. After ticketing, baggage check-in, and passport procedures, we depart for Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 14:55. Our tour concludes with our arrival in Istanbul at 20:00 local time.

**CANCELLATION POLICY** **GENERAL TERMS** 1. General terms are an integral part of the tour program and should be evaluated together with the tour program. 2. If sufficient participation is not achieved; Gezi Tutkunları reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour date. In this case, the guest will be informed of the cancellation, and the tour fee will be fully refunded. The refund for additional services obtained outside the tour also applies to domestic flights purchased from Gezi Tutkunları; however, if services such as visa services and travel health insurance have been used, refunds cannot be made. If no visa application has been made, cancellation and refund of these services are possible. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight from a different provider, they cannot request any refund for cancellations made by Gezi Tutkunları. Any material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour have been accepted by the guest, and Gezi Tutkunları cannot be held responsible. 3. In case of insufficient participation, Gezi Tutkunları reserves the right not to cancel the tour in good faith. In this case, the guiding service will only cover the international round-trip transfer. **CANCELLATION AND CHANGE** 4. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date will incur penalties for flight tickets that do not have cancellation and change rights. 5. Guests must notify 30 days before the tour departure date.
