**Cancellation Policy**
1. General conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
2. If sufficient participation is not provided, Gezi Tutkunları reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In this case, the guest will be informed of the cancellation, and the tour fee will be fully refunded. In the case of refunds for additional services purchased outside the tour, domestic connecting flights purchased from Gezi Tutkunları will also be refunded. However, if visa services have been used to apply for a visa, these services cannot be refunded. If no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance will be canceled, and a refund will be made. If the guest has purchased the domestic connecting flight from a provider independent of Gezi Tutkunları, they cannot claim any refund from Gezi Tutkunları in case of tour cancellation. Any material and moral losses arising from the cancellation of the tour are situations accepted by the guest when purchasing the tour, and Gezi Tutkunları cannot be held responsible.
3. In the event of insufficient participation, Gezi Tutkunları reserves the right to show goodwill in not canceling the tour. In this case, as the tour is specially arranged for the guest, the guiding service will only cover the international round-trip airport transfer.
