We meet at 05:45 at the Turkish Airlines check-in counter at Istanbul Airport International Terminal. After ticket and passport procedures, we fly to Berlin at 08:45 with Turkish Airlines flight TK1721. After our arrival in Berlin at 09:45 local time, we will have a panoramic city tour with our guide. During this tour, we will have the opportunity to see the city's iconic and historical sites. We head towards Potsdam, one of the important cities of the Prussian Kingdom, located about 40 minutes from Berlin. **GENERAL TERMS** 1. General terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the program. 2. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the agency reserves the right to cancel the trip 21 days before the tour date. In this case, the guest will be informed of the cancellation, and the tour fee will be fully refunded. Refunds for additional services obtained outside the tour will be made by the agency for domestic connecting flights. If visa services and travel health insurance have been used, refunds for these services cannot be made. If a visa application has not been made, the visa and health insurance will be canceled, and a refund will be issued. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight from an independent provider, they cannot request any refund from the agency in case of cancellation. The guest is deemed to have accepted any material and moral losses that may arise due to cancellation when purchasing the tour and cannot hold the agency responsible. 3. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the agency has the right to cancel the tour in good faith. In this case, if the tour is provided specifically for the guest, the guiding service will only cover the round-trip transfer to the foreign destination. **Cancellation and Changes** 4. Transportation tickets are arranged at the time of reservation. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the cost of flight tickets that do not have cancellation and change rights will be reflected as a penalty. 5. Guests must notify the agency in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure date.
