On the second day of our tour to Eastern Turkey with the Eastern Express, after breakfast at our hotel, we will stop for a photo opportunity at Muradiye Waterfall, which cascades from a height of 50 meters over the Bend-i Mahi River. Then, we will proceed towards Çaldıran, near the city of Maku close to the Iranian border, crossing the Tendürek Pass to reach the continuously developing Doğubeyazıt. Ishak Pasha Palace, a structure with 366 rooms that began construction in 1685 and was completed in 1784, is noteworthy.

event Day 3 — Kars Ani Ruins, Menuçerh Mosque, Cathedral, Blood Battery, Lake Çıldır, Sledding...

On the third day of our tour to Eastern Turkey with the Eastern Express, after having breakfast at our hotel, we will leave Kars, which was left to the Ottomans after the Bolshevik Revolution in 1918, and reach Ani, conquered by Sultan Alp Arslan. Here, we will visit the Illustrated Church built by Tigran Honents of Ani in 1215 and the Great Cathedral completed in 1001. We will also see the Menuçerh Mosque, the first Turkish mosque in Anatolia built in 1072.

event Day 4 — Journey from Kars to Erzurum by Eastern Express Train, Erzurum Congress Building...

On the fourth day of our tour to Eastern Turkey with the Eastern Express, after having breakfast at our hotel, we will head to the train station at 08:00 AM and set off towards Erzurum by Eastern Express. Upon reaching Erzurum, which joined the Ottomans in 1517, we will have the opportunity to taste the famous Çağ Kebab. After lunch, we will view the Double Minaret Medrese from the outside and then visit the Ulu Mosque, built in 1179.

policy Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: Guests who register for the tour can cancel free of charge if they do so 30 days or more before the tour date. If there are less than 30 days until the tour date, a penalty of 30% will be applied, and if there are 20 days or less, a 100% penalty will be charged. If a participant requests cancellation due to health reasons, they must present a report obtained from State Hospitals in Turkey, signed by the Chief Physician. Additionally, since cancellations for flight-inclusive programs are not possible, such reservations cannot be canceled or refunded.
