We meet at the Turkish Airlines check-in counter at the International Terminal of Istanbul Airport at 05:00. After check-in and passport procedures, we depart for Madrid on Turkish Airlines flight TK1857 at 07:55. Upon arrival at 10:25 local time, we begin our panoramic city tour of Madrid. During this tour, we will see the twin towers of Torres Kio on Paseo de la Castellana, the city's major sports center Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, Las Ventas Bullring, and the Madrid Río area around the Manzanares River. Day 2: Madrid

**GENERAL TERMS** 1. General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be treated independently of the program. 2. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the Agency reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In this case, the guest will be informed of the cancellation, and the tour fee will be fully refunded. Refunds for additional services obtained outside the tour also apply to domestic connection flights provided by the Agency. Refunds cannot be made for visa services or travel health insurance applications; if no application has been made, refunds will be made in case of cancellation of these services. If the guest has obtained domestic flights from a different provider and the tour is canceled by the Agency, no refund can be requested. Any material and moral losses that may arise due to tour cancellation are accepted by the guest, and the Agency cannot be held responsible. 3. When sufficient participation is not achieved, the Agency may show goodwill not to cancel the tour. In this case, the guiding service only covers the international round-trip transfers. **Cancellation and Change** 4. In our tours, transportation tickets are arranged at the time of booking. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the ticket fees without cancellation and change rights will be reflected as a penalty amount. 5. Our guests can notify the Agency in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, subject to the airline company.
