Day 1 | Istanbul – Copenhagen
We meet our esteemed guests at 08:20 in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport. After completing our luggage and passport procedures, we depart for Copenhagen at 11:50 on Turkish Airlines flight TK1781. Upon our arrival in Copenhagen at 13:50, we start our panoramic city tour with our private bus waiting for us. During our tour, the famous Little Mermaid Statue, Amalienborg Palace, Christiansborg Palace, Nyhavn Harbor, Tivoli Gardens, and Stroget Street are among the main points of interest. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and check into our rooms. In the evening, we have free time and overnight at our hotel.

Day 2 | Copenhagen
After having breakfast at our hotel, we have free time to spend as we wish. Guests who wish can participate in an extra tour. We have free time throughout the day to explore Copenhagen and shop.

Day 3 | Copenhagen – Göteborg

Day 5 | Oslo
After breakfast, we have free time to spend as we wish. Guests who do not participate in the tour can enjoy their free time as they wish in Oslo. After the extra tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Oslo.

After breakfast, we depart for Stockholm, the capital of Sweden. Upon arrival in Stockholm, we conduct our panoramic city tour. This enjoyable boat tour offers the opportunity to explore Stockholm's unique structure built on islands from the sea, allowing us to see the city from a different perspective. As we progress along the canals and waterways leading to the Baltic Sea, historical buildings, examples of modern architecture, green islands, and bridges will be observed panoramically. Conducted with the guidance of our tour guide, this tour offers an ideal experience for guests who want to discover Stockholm's natural beauty and city fabric without tiring and in a pleasant way.
GENERAL TERMS 1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program. 2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved; Wtatil can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; the domestic flight connection purchased from Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest, visa services, and travel health insurance, if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest, cannot be refunded as these services will have been used, if no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be canceled and a refund will be made. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different product provider independent of Wtatil, in the event that the tour is canceled by Wtatil, the guest cannot request any refund from Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may occur due to the cancellation of the tour, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible. 3- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Wtatil has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the guiding service included in the package will only cover the international round-trip airport transfer. Cancellation and Change 4- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date will be reflected as a penalty amount for these flight ticket fees that do not have cancellation & change and refund rights. 5- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided that they notify Wtatil in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, except for flight tickets that have been paid and/or committed to the airline company by Wtatil. If there are less than 31 days left to the start date of the trip, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee from the flight ticket price, and if there are 15 days or less left to the start date of the trip, they can cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In case of a cancellation request, since the cancellation refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, travel health insurance may vary depending on the time of the cancellation request, it is necessary to inquire in advance about the refund. Wtatil cannot make any commitment for the cancellation refund of additional services. Guiding Services and Extra Tours 6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums and archaeological sites in the places to be visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are maximum 2-3 hours long tours conducted with narration from the vehicle, excluding museum and archaeological site entries. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of Wtatil if they cannot be conducted due to local authorities not allowing entry or visiting on the day and time of the tour or due to weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed. 8- Our guide can change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours based on the content of our tours, participant numbers, and the closure status of the museum and archaeological site. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times. 9- In our tours to be conducted with Speed Boats, the following points should be noted; heavy meals should not be eaten just before boarding the boat, and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints and pregnant guests should inform their guides of their conditions. 10- There is no refund for participation in the tour or meal services included in the prices if they are not utilized. About Flights 11- Wtatil is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply. 12- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times. 13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 14- According to airline rules; if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets purchased is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 15- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in flights are personal matters, and these procedures must be carried out by the guest at the airports before the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline's websites. 16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at the airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information should be followed by the guests themselves. 17- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated by the airline rules for participation in the tour, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area for guests who miss their flights are their responsibility. 18- The general luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country of destination. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, this luggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 19- For guests who wish to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade procedures can be performed depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline you are a member of) after the tickets are issued. No guarantee of miles for each flight is provided. Check whether the program tickets are from an upgradeable class. 20- Some airlines may charge extra for food and drink and online check-in services. Other Matters 21- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest by contacting the hotel. In this case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply. 22- In cases where hotel(s) are provided only with category information without specifying names in the tour program and/or options are presented for the same destination, the guest will be informed by Wtatil 48 hours before the trip departure. 23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified locations or kilometers. In such a case, Wtatil will inform the guest 15 days before the tour departure date. 24- When registering for the purchased tour; the guest must correctly enter/declare the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalties for cancellations or changes of flight tickets resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 25- To use your mobile phones abroad, check with your service provider before leaving Turkey to ensure your phone is activated for international use. 26- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by Wtatil. Care is taken for the reserved rooms to align with the guest's preferences according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in at the hotel and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil. 28- Breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally found in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served with limited options consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups. 29- In some cases, there may be a double bed instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with twin beds that can be combined if necessary. 30- The child and extra bed policy may vary by hotel and room types. 31- Any extra bed and baby cot are provided upon request and according to the hotel's availability and must be approved by the hotel. 32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is 1 (maximum). 33- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the bed allocated for the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of foldable and coach beds. Our guests are considered to have accepted the potential crowding and bed type issues due to extra beds added to standard rooms in their triple room and/or child-inclusive reservations. 34- If the number of children staying with adults and their ages are incorrectly declared by our guests in hotel reservations, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification for children. 35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child.
