After completing our ticket, luggage, and boarding procedures at the Istanbul Airport International Departure Terminal, we depart for Sarajevo at 07:20 on Turkish Airlines flight TK1021. After approximately a 1.5-hour flight, we arrive in Sarajevo at 08:15 local time and, after completing our entry procedures into the country, we head towards Mostar, known for its historical and cultural richness. Here, we will visit the Mostar Bridge, built in 1557 by Architect Hayreddin, which is one of the significant examples of Ottoman architecture. Cancellation Policy 1. General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the program. 2. If sufficient participation is not provided for the trip; The Agency has the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour date. In this case, the cancellation situation will be notified to the guest. The tour fee will be fully refunded to the guest. For additional services taken outside the tour; domestic flight tickets obtained from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest. Visa services and visa applications made using travel health insurance are non-refundable as they have been used; however, if no application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance can be canceled, and a refund will be made. If the guest has obtained the domestic flight independently from a different provider, they cannot request any refund if the tour is canceled by the Agency. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may occur in case of tour cancellation, and the Agency cannot be held responsible in this regard. 3.
