policy Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: 1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program. 2- If sufficient participation is not provided; the Agency has the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In this case, the guest will be informed of the cancellation and the tour fee will be fully refunded. The refund of additional services taken outside the tour also applies to domestic flights provided by the Agency. However, if services such as visa services and travel health insurance have been used, no refund will be made; if no visa application has been made, the cancellation of these services will provide a refund. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight from a provider outside the Agency, the Agency cannot claim any refund in case of cancellation. Any material and moral losses that may arise due to tour cancellation are accepted in advance by the guest, and the Agency cannot be held responsible. 3- In cases where sufficient participation is not provided, the Agency reserves the right to not cancel the tour in good faith. In this case, if the tour is provided specifically for the guest, the guiding service will only cover the round-trip transfers abroad. Cancellation and Change: 4- In our tours, transportation tickets are arranged at the time of booking. In cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the cost of these tickets, which do not have the right to cancellation and change, will be reflected as a penalty amount. 5- Our guests must inform us at least 30 days before the tour departure date.
