1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program. 2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved; Wtatil can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour departure date. In such a case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; the domestic flight connection purchased from Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest, while visa services and travel health insurance that have been used to apply for a visa on behalf of the guest cannot be refunded as these services have been utilized. If no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be canceled and a refund will be made. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different product provider independent of Wtatil, in the event that the tour is canceled by Wtatil, the guest cannot request any refund from Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance the material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible. 3- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Wtatil has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the international round-trip airport transfer. Cancellation and Change 4- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date will be reflected as a penalty amount for these flight ticket fees, which do not have the right to cancel & change and refund. 5- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided that they notify Wtatil in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure date, except for flight tickets that have been paid for and/or committed to the airline company by Wtatil. In case of less than 31 days remaining until the trip start date, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee from the flight ticket price, and in case of less than 15 days remaining until the trip start date, the guest can cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In case of a cancellation request, since the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connection, visa services, travel health insurance may vary depending on the time of the cancellation request, it is necessary to inquire in advance about the refund. Wtatil cannot make any commitment for the cancellation refund of additional services. Guiding Services and Extra Tours 6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and historical sites at the places to be visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are maximum 2-3 hour tours conducted with guiding narration from the vehicle, excluding museum and historical site entrances. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, will not be the responsibility of Wtatil if they cannot be realized due to local authorities not allowing entry or due to closed roads for any event, as well as in cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where closed roads or points do not allow vehicle entry. 8- Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours depending on the number of participants and the closed status of the museum and historical site. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times. 9- Important points to consider for tours to be conducted with Speed Boats; heavy meals should not be consumed just before boarding the boat, and excessive amounts of water should not be drunk. Guests with complaints of stomach, back, neck, and pregnant guests must inform their guides of their conditions. 10- There is no refund for participation in the tour or meal services included in the prices if not attended. About Flights 11- Wtatil is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will apply. 12- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of flight time changes/cancellations. 13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 14- According to airline rules; if the outbound flight of round-trip purchased flight tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 15- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in tours with flights are personal transactions, and these transactions must be carried out by the guest at the airports before the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline's website. 16- Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are announced audibly at the airports and displayed on the information boards in the area. This information must be followed by the guests themselves. 17- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated according to airline rules for participation in the tour, who do not check-in and board on time, or who check-in and board on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area for guests who miss their flights are their own responsibility. 18- The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage weight may drop to 15 kg on these domestic flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 19- For our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade procedures can be carried out depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline you are a member of) after the tickets are issued. No mileage guarantee is given for each flight. Check whether the tickets for the program are from an upgradeable class. 20- Some airlines may charge extra for food and drink and online check-in services. Other Matters 21- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply. 22- In cases where hotels are provided only with category information without specifying hotel names in the tour program and/or offered as options for the same destination, Wtatil will inform the guest 48 hours before the tour departure. 23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified locations or kilometers. In such a case, Wtatil will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date. 24- When registering for the purchased tour; the guest must correctly enter/declare the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees arising from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests for cancellation or changes of flight tickets. 25- To use your mobile phones abroad, check with the company to which your line belongs before leaving Turkey to see if your phone is open for international use. 26- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are reported to the hotel by Wtatil. Care is taken for the reserved rooms to be in line with the guest's preferences according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests is subject to availability at the time of check-in at the hotel and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil. 28- Breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally served in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served with limited options consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups. 29- In some cases, a double bed may be available instead of a twin room. Most European hotels offer twin rooms that can be combined if necessary. 30- The child and extra bed policy may vary by hotel and room types. 31- Any extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and according to the hotel's availability and must be approved by the hotel. 32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is 1 (maximum). 33- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of folding beds and coach beds. Our guests are deemed to have accepted the potential crowding and bed type that may occur due to extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or family reservations. 34- In hotel reservations, if the number of children staying with adults and the ages of the children are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age determination for children. 35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to the age group that matches the “only child” staying with 2 adults. 36- Daily currency exchange rates are reflected in TL prices. The rates at the time of payment are valid. Any additional requests, some extra services you will receive at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) will be subject to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes applied in this way will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit. 38- The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions. 39- Wtatil may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without disrupting the content of the program in mandatory situations or when deemed necessary. 40- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of the participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred during delivery to the country and/or person are the responsibility of the item owner. 41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to health issues with them. 42- For possible extra expenses, upon check-in at the hotel, photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel. The deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no intervention in this matter. Visa and Passport 43- There is a visa requirement for Turkish citizens. 44- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. 45- At customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport for the entry-exit stamp to be stamped. 46- Being exempt from a visa for entry into the countries in this tour does not mean that entry/exit can be made, as the passport police have the authority to not allow you into/out of the country, and Wtatil is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger. 47- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using the passport of another country must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the country to be traveled to; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for any consequences. 48- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; passports must be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 49- Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked by the police officer on duty to show a document indicating the joint consent of both parents at the country entry-exit points; therefore, we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive to this matter.
