**GENERAL TERMS** 1. General terms are an indispensable part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the program. 2. If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Travel Enthusiasts reserve the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In this case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest, and the tour fee will be fully refunded. Refunds for additional services taken outside the tour will also include domestic connection flights obtained from Travel Enthusiasts. However, if visa services and travel health insurance have been used, refunds for these services are not possible. If a visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance will be canceled, and a refund will be made. If the guest has obtained the domestic connection flight from a provider other than Travel Enthusiasts, they cannot request any refund if the tour is canceled by Travel Enthusiasts. Any material and moral losses that may arise due to tour cancellation are accepted by the guest, and Travel Enthusiasts cannot be held responsible in this regard. 3. If sufficient participation is not achieved, Travel Enthusiasts have the right to cancel the tour in good faith. In this case, since the tour needs to be specially organized for the guest, the guiding service will only cover the international round-trip transfer. **Cancellation and Change** 4. Guests can cancel without penalty by notifying Travel Enthusiasts in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, excluding payments made to the airline.
