Arrival at St. Petersburg Airport at 11:55 local time. After our baggage procedures, we set off with our private vehicle for our "St. Petersburg Panoramic City Tour." During this panoramic city tour, we will have the opportunity to see the streets showcasing the finest examples of the world's most famous architects and artists, as well as the city's historical and tourist sites. Famous places include Nevsky Prospect, Old Port Lighthouses, Mint, Clock Tower, Statue of Peter the Great, Winter Palace, Palace Square, Admiralty Building, Aurora Cruiser, Kazan Cathedral, and St. Isaac's Cathedral. If sufficient participation for the trip cannot be achieved, the Agency reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In this case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest, and the tour fee will be fully refunded. In the case of refunds for additional services taken outside the tour, domestic flight provided by the Agency will also be refunded to the guest. However, refunds cannot be made for services such as visa services or travel health insurance if they have been utilized. If a visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance will be canceled, and a refund will be made. If the guest has obtained the domestic connecting flight from a different provider, they cannot claim any refund from the Agency in case of cancellation by the Agency. Any material and moral losses that may arise from the tour cancellation are accepted by the guest, and the Agency cannot be held responsible. 3. When sufficient participation is not achieved, the Agency reserves the right to cancel the tour in good faith.
