Cancellation Policy: 1. General Terms are an essential component of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the program. 2. If sufficient participation is not achieved, Gezi Tutkunları reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest, and the tour fee will be fully refunded. Refunds for additional services outside the tour, including domestic flights obtained from Gezi Tutkunları, will also be made to the guest. However, if services such as visa services and travel health insurance have been used, refunds cannot be made. If no visa application has been made, cancellation of these services will result in a refund. If the guest has obtained the domestic flight from a provider independent of Gezi Tutkunları, no refund can be requested in case of tour cancellation. Any material and moral losses that may arise due to tour cancellation are accepted in advance by the guest, and Gezi Tutkunları cannot be held responsible. 3. In the event of insufficient participation, Gezi Tutkunları reserves the right not to cancel the tour.
