IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
• Our agency is responsible for all tours and organizations specified in this program.
• The departure times specified by the guide are definitive and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and any refund or compensation requests due to the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details are sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect reporting of contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to be realized, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least 2 days' notice. In this case, the paid fees will be refunded in full.
• The guide or our agency may make changes in the program flow, visit sequences, and departure times based on weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational necessities.
• Due to traffic and regional density that may occur during holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar busy periods, changes or time restrictions may occur on the specified routes in the program.
• Optional extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are subject to an additional fee. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour price unless otherwise stated in the program.
• Guests are responsible for obtaining Museum Cards for tours requiring them. Guests without a Museum Card can enter using current applications and ticket office procedures.
• Participants are dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the beginning of the tour. Off-route passenger drop-offs are not made except for operational necessities.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the responsibility of the participant. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• Adherence to the departure times specified by the guide is mandatory. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided during our tours. The accuracy of the shared information for insurance processes is the participant's responsibility.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes may be made as long as they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests who have sensitivities regarding this matter must inform us in writing before the tour.
• The provisions of the current sales contract apply to reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer processes.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the cancellation right until 48 hours before the start of the tour, within the package conditions.
Program
Programı İndir (PDF)Day 1 — Izmir - Bozcaada – Çanakkale
Dear guests; After welcoming you at the specified stops, we will start our journey with the comfortable vehicles of GEZİ TUTKUNLARI. After a breakfast break on the way (extra), we follow the route of Akçay and Edremit to reach Geyikli Ferry Terminal.
We cross to Bozcaada by ferry, enjoying a pleasant journey accompanied by the cool breezes and unique views of the Aegean. After arriving on the island, we begin to explore Bozcaada with our guide.
Our first stop is Bozcaada Castle, one of the symbols of the island and considered one of the best-preserved castles in Turkey. Then we take a walk in the Greek Neighborhood, known for its stone houses, colorful streets, and unique architecture. During the tour, we see Foti Usta House, Necdet Captain House, Çanakkale Veteran Sokrat İncesu House, and the Virgin Mary Church.
Afterwards, we visit Köprülü Mehmet Paşa Mosque and Alaybey Mosque, and then we give free time for you to experience the unique atmosphere of the island. During this time, guests can take a walk along the beach, spend time in cafes, or shop for Bozcaada's famous tomato jam, fig jam, milk jam, mastic and almond cookies, and the island's famous wines.
Guests who do not wish to participate in the cultural tour can explore the island center and beaches on their own until the meeting time determined by our guide.
After free time, we take the ferry back to Geyikli and head to the center of Çanakkale. Here, we visit the city's symbols, Clock Tower and the historic Aynalı Bazaar.
After our tour, we check into our hotel. Dinner and accommodation will be at our hotel.

Day 2 — Gökçeada
After having breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we cross to Eceabat by ferry and start our journey towards Gökçeada, Turkey's largest island and westernmost point, with our ferry departing from Kabatepe Port.
Gökçeada, which holds the title of the world's first and only "Cittaslow Island"; captivates its guests with its pristine bays, authentic Greek villages, unique nature, and peaceful atmosphere. Upon arrival on the island, we first see Kuzu Harbor panoramically and then head to Kaleköy, one of the most enjoyable spots on the island. We take a photo break in Kaleköy, known for its harbor, historical texture, and magnificent views.
Next, we move to the island center. During our free time here, guests can experience Gökçeada's famous goat tandir, lamb tandir, or local olive oil delicacies.
After lunch hours, we head to Pınarbaşı, one of the most beautiful viewpoints on the island. We enjoy the unique Aegean view in the area with ancient plane trees and icy spring waters.
Continuing our tour, we visit Tepeköy, famous for its homemade wines and stone houses. After our visit to Tepeköy, we take a short photo break by Zeytinli Lake and then move to Zeytinli Village, one of the island's most popular villages. Here, we have free time in the village known for its famous dibek coffee and mastic pudding.
In the last part of the day, we go to the island center and have a shopping break. Guests can purchase organic goat cheese, olive oil, honey, cookies, and natural products unique to the region.
After our free time, we take the ferry first to Kabatepe and then to Çanakkale. After checking into our hotel, we have dinner and move to our hotel for accommodation.

Day 3 — Çanakkale Martyrdoms – Gallipoli Peninsula
After having breakfast at our hotel, we cross to Eceabat by ferry and start our tour of the Gallipoli Peninsula, where the Çanakkale Epic was written.
First, we see Kilitbahir Castle, one of the most important defense structures of the strait, panoramically, and then visit Namazgâh Battery, Seyit Onbaşı Monument, and Mecidiye Battery. At these historical points that carry the traces of the Çanakkale War, we witness the heroic stories of that period with the explanations of our guide.
Continuing our tour, we visit Şahindere Sargı Yeri Martyrdom and Çanakkale Martyrs' Memorial, one of the most important symbols of the spirit of Çanakkale. After taking a photo break with a magnificent view of the strait, we visit Seddülbahir, Ertuğrul Battery, Yahya Çavuş Martyrdom, and Ertuğrul Cove.
At lunchtime, we have free time in Alçıtepe Village and have our lunch. After our break, we continue to visit the most important battlefields of the Gallipoli Peninsula.
After seeing Anzac Cove, Arıburnu, Mehmetçik Monument, Kanlısırt Inscription, and Lone Pine Monument, we visit 57th Infantry Regiment Martyrdom, Kesikdere Martyrdom, and Conkbayırı, which commemorate the unforgettable heroes of the Çanakkale Epic.
After this meaningful tour, where we will witness one of the most important turning points in our history, we take the ferry from Eceabat to Çanakkale and start our journey back to Izmir.
After our return journey with necessary breaks, we arrive in Izmir in the evening, bid farewell to our valued guests by dropping them off at the points we picked them up from, and look forward to meeting again in another GEZİ TUTKUNLARI organization.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND CHANGE CONDITIONS Cancellations of tour reservations can be made uninterrupted until 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full amount paid will be refunded. For tours organized during special periods such as holidays, semester breaks, New Year's, and official holidays, cancellations and refunds cannot be made 4 days (96 hours) before and after the tour date. Refund requests made outside the specified periods are not possible. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation may be changed depending on availability. Name changes can be made. Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information are sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. In tour programs with flights, no refunds will be made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. In the event of the tour being canceled by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational necessities, the tour fee paid by the guest will be refunded in full without any deductions. Refunds are made through the method of payment used. Due to the processing times of banks and card institutions, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in the account may vary. All guests making reservations are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and change conditions.

General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants are dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs are made at different points outside the program. The start and end times of the tour may not coincide with public transport times. Participants are responsible for planning accordingly. The times specified on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not reach, the participant is responsible for contacting the office.
2-The agency reserves the right to make program changes due to weather conditions, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational necessities.
3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined according to the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for tours and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.
6-In the event that the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour may be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discounts apply to children under 12 years old, provided they share a room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels as long as they are of the same standards.
9-Room assignments and types are determined by the hotel management. The agency does not have discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided during the tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for tours that cannot be conducted due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times reported by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and busy periods, accommodation may be made in different hotels of the same standard. In necessary cases, the group may be divided.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken as the basis.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions at the time of reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may make changes to the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational necessities, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement are applied based on the cancellation date. The refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc. third-party services are subject to the conditions of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, official authority decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation are applied.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, exit fees, and entry requirements into the country are entirely the participant's responsibility. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.
21-Price updates may be made until the tour date due to exchange rate increases, fuel prices, and changes in taxes and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.
23-If the departure times reported by the guide are not adhered to, the guest is obliged to participate in the tour program at their own expense. Any additional expenses incurred are the responsibility of the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
