Marmaris and Sedir Island Tour

General Information for All Tours:

1-Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs will be made at different points outside the program. Tour start and end times may not coincide with public transport times. Participants are obliged to plan accordingly. The times specified on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not arrive, the participant is responsible for contacting the office.

2-The agency reserves the right to change the program due to weather conditions, road status, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational necessities.

3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined according to the number of participants.

5-The agency cannot be held responsible for trips and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.

6-If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour may be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.

7-Child discount is valid for children under 12 years of age, provided they share a room with two adults.

8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels as long as they are of the same standards.

9-Room allocation and room type are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room selection or floor selection.

10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.

11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided during the tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. The participant is responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.

12-The agency is not responsible for trips that cannot be made due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times indicated by the guide.

13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.

14-During holidays and busy periods, accommodation may be provided in different hotels of the same standard. If necessary, the group may be split.

15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken as the basis.

16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions at the time of reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.

17-Our agency may change the tour program in accordance with seasonal conditions, road works, operational necessities, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.

18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The cut-off rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement will be applied based on the cancellation date. The refund rules for third-party services such as transportation, flights, ferries, etc. are subject to the conditions of the relevant company.

19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, and official authority decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.

20-In international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and entry requirements into the country are entirely the participant's responsibility. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.

21-Price updates may be made until the tour date due to currency exchange rate increases, fuel prices, taxes, and fees that may change.

22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be carried out.

23-In case of non-compliance with the departure times indicated by the guide, the guest is obliged to participate in the tour program at their own expense. Any additional expenses incurred are the responsibility of the participant.

24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.

Customers are deemed to have accepted all items when purchasing the tour.
