You can review installment options up to 12 months with your credit card through our website, or make a single payment with your bank card. You can contact us via our Whatsapp lines to create a reservation by making a prepayment (deposit) and completing the remaining payment in cash on the vehicle. You can come to our office to make a payment in cash or with your credit/bank card. You can make a prepayment with your credit card and secure the discounted price. Our agency is responsible for all tours mentioned in this program. Museum cards required for tours can be obtained from the regions during the trip. The museum card fee is 60 TL. The student museum card fee is 30 TL. The museum card provides free entry to all museums in Turkey for one year.
Our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour if the minimum number of participants is not reached, provided that notice is given at least 2 (two) days in advance. In case of cancellation, the paid fee will be refunded to the participant in the same manner it was paid.
Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. Additionally, there will be no stops for dropping off passengers at different points. Our agency reserves the right to make changes to the tours due to weather, road, and extraordinary circumstances. Our agency is not responsible for changes in the prices of extra paid activities in the regions during special periods. We offer you the best prices available from local companies. Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour. Tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
Child discount is valid for children under 11 years old, provided they stay with 2 adults. Accommodations in programs with overnight stays are made in at least 3* or 4* hotels. Changes can be made in hotels as long as they are of the same standards. Mandatory travel insurance is provided in our tours. Presentation of date of birth and T.C. identity number is mandatory. Our agency is not responsible for verifying this information. Consumers are obliged to provide accurate information.
Due to unforeseen reasons (weather, road, congestion at tourist sites, etc.) or guests not adhering to the times set by our guide, our agency is not responsible for tours that could not be conducted even if they are mentioned in the tour program. Our guide has the right to make any changes to the program as deemed necessary. It is important to review your reservation document sent to your email after booking. In case of cancellation or transfer of programs desired by the participant, the terms of the Cancellation Refund Transfer Agreement apply. You have the right to refund up to 48 hours prior to the purchase of the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package.
You can postpone your tour date by notifying us at least 5 business days before the date of the tour. You can receive a refund for your tour fee by notifying us at least 7 business days before the date of the tour. For flight and international tour programs, you can receive a refund for your tour fee by notifying us at least 30 business days in advance. Tour fee refunds will be made in the manner paid to the guest. For credit card payments, a 5% commission fee will be deducted from the remaining amount to be refunded.
