Upon our arrival in Brussels at 13:00 local time, we start our panoramic city tour with our private vehicle. During the tour, we will see important places such as the Royal Palace, Grand Place, Stock Exchange Building, Atomium, Heysel Stadium, the famous Manneken Pis (Peeing Boy Statue), and Chinese and Japanese Houses. After baggage, ticket, and passport control procedures, we depart from Paris to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 16:30 on AJET Airlines flight VF12. In cases where sufficient participation is not achieved, Travel Enthusiasts reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In such a case, the guest will be informed of the cancellation, and the tour fee will be fully refunded. Refunds for additional services taken outside the tour, including domestic flight tickets purchased from Travel Enthusiasts, will also be refunded to the guest. However, if visa services and travel health insurance have been used, refunds for these services are not possible. If no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance will be canceled, and a refund will be made. If the guest has obtained the domestic connecting flight from a provider independent of Travel Enthusiasts, they cannot request any refund in case of cancellation of the trip. Any material and moral damages arising from the cancellation of the tour have been accepted by the guest, and Travel Enthusiasts cannot be held responsible. 3. In case of insufficient participation, Travel Enthusiasts reserves the right to show goodwill to avoid canceling the tour. In this case, if the tour is provided specifically for the guest, the guiding service will only cover the international round-trip airport transfer. **Cancellation and Change** 4. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date do not have cancellation and change rights for flight ticket fees that do not allow refunds.
