The fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil. 28- The breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally found in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served with limited options, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room designated for groups. 29- In some cases, a double bed may be available instead of a twin room. Most European hotels offer twin rooms that can be combined if necessary. 30- The child and extra bed policy may vary by hotel and room types. 31- All additional beds and baby cots are provided upon request and according to the hotel's availability and must be approved by the hotel. 32- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is 1 (maximum). 33- In triple rooms, there is an application for an additional bed, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Additional beds consist of folding and coach beds. Our guests are deemed to have accepted the potential crowding in the rooms and the type of beds due to additional beds to be added to standard rooms in their triple room and/or child-inclusive reservations. 34- If the number of children staying with adults and the ages of the children are incorrectly declared by our guests in hotel reservations, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification of children. 35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child stays with two adults. Your additional requests, some extra services you will receive at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) will be subject to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All types of city, tourism, or other taxes applied in this way will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit. 38- The road distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions. 39- Wtatil can change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in mandatory situations or when deemed necessary. 40- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of the participants in the tour are their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items.
