• Our agency is responsible for all trips and organizations mentioned in this program.
• The departure times specified by the guide are definitive and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and any refund or compensation requests due to the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details will be sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by missing or incorrect contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to be realized, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least 2 days' notice. In this case, the paid fees will be fully refunded.
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit sequences, and departure times based on weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements.
• Due to traffic and regional density that may occur during holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar busy periods, changes or time restrictions may occur on the routes specified in the program.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and chargeable. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour fee unless otherwise stated in the program.
• In tours requiring a museum card, obtaining the card is the guest's responsibility. Guests without a museum card can enter through current applications and box office procedures.
• Participants are dropped off at the stops they boarded at the beginning of the tour. Off-route passenger drop-off is not performed except for operational necessities.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the participant's responsibility. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• It is mandatory to comply with the departure times specified by the guide. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided in our tours. It is the participant's responsibility to provide accurate date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes may be made as long as they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests with sensitivities regarding this matter must inform us in writing before the tour.
• The current sales contract provisions apply to reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer transactions.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation and Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the cancellation right up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, within the package conditions.

Yolculuğumuz sırasında Bafa Gölü çevresinde bulunan uygun bir tesiste kahvaltı ve çay-kahve molası veriyoruz (ekstra). Dileyen misafirlerimiz göl manzarası eşliğinde kahvaltılarını yapabilir ve kısa bir dinlenme molasının ardından yolculuğumuza devam edebilirler.
Gerekli molalarımızın ardından öğle saatlerinde Bodrum'daki otelimize ulaşıyor ve giriş işlemlerimizi gerçekleştiriyoruz. Odalarımıza yerleşmemizin ardından günün geri kalanında her şey dahil konseptte hizmet veren otelimizin olanaklarından faydalanıyoruz.
Dileyen misafirlerimiz Bodrum'un en güzel koylarından biri olan Bitez sahiline giderek denizin ve güneşin tadını çıkarabilir, dileyen misafirlerimiz ise otelde vakit geçirerek tatilin keyfini sürebilirler.
Saat 22:30'da otel lobisinde buluşarak Bodrum gece hayatının merkezi olan Gümbet Barlar Sokağı'na hareket ediyoruz (ekstra). Eğlence dolu gecenin ardından belirlenen saatte buluşarak otelimize geri dönüyoruz.
Konaklama otelimizde gerçekleşecektir.
Sabah otelimizde alacağımız kahvaltının ardından her şey dahil konseptte hizmet veren otelimizin sunduğu olanaklardan gün boyu faydalanıyoruz.
Dileyen misafirlerimiz otelin havuzunda keyifli vakit geçirebilir, dileyen misafirlerimiz ise otele sadece birkaç dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde bulunan Bitez Plajı'nda denizin ve güneşin tadını çıkarabilirler.
Akşam saatlerinde otelimizde alınacak akşam yemeğinin ardından, eğlenceye devam etmek isteyen misafirlerimizle saat 22:30'da otel lobisinde buluşuyor ve Bodrum gece hayatının en popüler noktalarından biri olan Gümbet Barlar Sokağı'na hareket ediyoruz (ekstra).
Gecenin ilerleyen saatlerine kadar sürecek eğlencenin ardından belirlenen saatte buluşarak otelimize geri dönüyoruz.
Konaklama otelimizde gerçekleşecektir.
Bodrum'un tertemiz havası ve eşsiz deniz manzarası eşliğinde otelimizde alacağımız açık büfe kahvaltının ardından odalarımızı boşaltıyor ve günün geri kalanını değerlendirmek üzere serbest zamanımıza başlıyoruz.
Turumuzun son gününde maceraya devam etmek isteyen misafirlerimiz, Bodrum'un birbirinden güzel koylarını keşfedecekleri tekne turuna katılabilirler (ekstra). Tekne turuna katılmak istemeyen misafirlerimiz ise Bodrum'un masmavi denizinde yüzebilir, plajlarda keyifli vakit geçirebilir veya Bodrum Marina'da serbest zamanlarını değerlendirebilirler.
Tekne turuna katılan misafirlerimiz için turumuz Bodrum Merkez Halikarnas Limanı'ndan başlamaktadır. Gün boyu sürecek bu keyifli deniz yolculuğunda Karaada (Kleopatra Adası), Karaada Mağarası ve birbirinden güzel koylarda yüzme molaları verilmektedir. Tekne turu sırasında öğle yemeği de fiyata dahildir.
Saat 18:00 itibarıyla Bodrum'dan ayrılarak İzmir'e dönüş yolculuğumuza başlıyoruz. Yol üzerinde dileyen misafirlerimiz için akşam yemeği molası veriyoruz (isteğe bağlı).
Keyifli ve eğlence dolu bir hafta sonunun ardından saat 22:00 - 23:00 arasında İzmir'e ulaşıyor, sizleri aldığımız noktalara bırakarak bir başka GEZİ TUTKUNLARI organizasyonunda görüşmek üzere vedalaşıyoruz.
Not: Tekne turu ekstra olarak düzenlenmektedir. Hava ve deniz şartlarına bağlı olarak tur programında değişiklik yapılabilir.
CANCELLATION, REFUND AND CHANGE CONDITIONS Cancellations of tour reservations can be made uninterrupted until 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full amount paid will be refunded. In tours organized during special periods such as holidays, semester breaks, New Year, official holidays, etc., cancellations and refunds cannot be made 4 days (96 hours) before and after the tour date. Refund requests made outside the specified periods are not possible. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation may be changed depending on availability. Name changes can be made. Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information will be sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. In tour programs with flights, no refunds will be made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. In case of cancellation of the tour by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational necessities, the tour fee paid by the guest will be refunded in full without any deductions. Refunds are made through the method of payment used. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in the account may vary due to the processing times of banks and card institutions. All guests making a reservation are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and change conditions.
General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants will be dropped off at the point they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs will be made at different points outside the program. The start and end times of the tour may not coincide with public transport schedules. Participants are responsible for planning accordingly. The times indicated on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not arrive, the participant is responsible for contacting the office.
2-The agency reserves the right to make program changes due to weather conditions, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational necessities.
3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined according to the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for trips and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.
6-If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour may be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discounts are valid for children under 12 years old, provided they share a room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels as long as they are of the same standards.
9-Room allocation and room type are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A folding extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided in the tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for trips that cannot be made due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times indicated by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and busy periods, accommodation may be made in different hotels of the same standard. If necessary, the group may be split.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken as the basis.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions at the time of reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and the Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may make changes to the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational necessities, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement will be applied based on the cancellation date. The refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc. are subject to the conditions of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, official authority decisions. In these cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and entry requirements are entirely the participant's responsibility. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.
21-Price updates may be made until the tour date due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel prices, taxes, and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.
23-If the departure times indicated by the guide are not adhered to, the guest is obliged to participate in the tour program at their own expense. Any additional expenses incurred are the responsibility of the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
Customers are deemed to have accepted all items when purchasing the tour.
