• Our agency is responsible for all trips and organizations mentioned in this program.
• The departure times specified by the guide are definite and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and any refund or compensation claims arising from the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details will be sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect reporting of contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least 2 days' notice. In this case, the paid fees will be fully refunded.
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit order, and departure times in accordance with weather conditions, traffic density, road status, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements.
• Due to potential traffic and regional density during holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar peak periods, changes or time restrictions may occur on the routes specified in the program.
• Extra activities included in the programs If Not Included in the Program (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to additional fees. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the area.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour fee unless otherwise stated in the program.
• In tours requiring a museum card, obtaining the card is the responsibility of the guest. Guests without a museum card can enter using current applications and ticketing processes.
• Participants will be dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the beginning of the tour. Off-route passenger drop-offs are not made except for operational necessities.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the responsibility of the participant. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• Compliance with the departure times specified by the guide is mandatory. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided in our tours. The accuracy of the information shared for insurance procedures is the participant's responsibility.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes may be made as long as they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests who have sensitivities regarding this matter must inform us in writing before the tour.
• The provisions of the current sales contract apply to reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer transactions.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the cancellation right until 48 hours before the tour starts, within the package conditions.
Dear Guests, after welcoming you at the designated points, we begin our journey with the comfortable vehicles of GEZİ TUTKUNLARI.
After a breakfast break (Extra) at a suitable facility, we reach Fethiye by following the Gökova route through Muğla. Along the way, there are panoramic observation opportunities accompanied by the unique natural views of Gökova Bay.
Upon arrival in Fethiye, we head to the famous Ölüdeniz Beach with its blue flag beaches. Here, we give free time for the whole day. Guests who wish can enjoy the sea and sun, while those who wish can participate in one of the region's most popular activities, paragliding (extra).
With the paragliding experience from Babadağ, you will have the opportunity to view the unique scenery of Ölüdeniz from a bird's eye view and create unforgettable moments.
After free time, we gather at the specified time and head to our hotel. Dinner and accommodation will take place at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, our Jeep Safari tour filled with fun and adventure begins with the slogan, “Get ready to get wet!”
The first stop of our tour is the Gizlikent Waterfall, which enchants with its natural beauty. After our enjoyable visit here, we take a break at the famous Yakapark known for its icy waters. This special spot offers a brief rest opportunity where you can cool off in nature.
Next, we proceed to the natural wonder Gizli Kent Waterfall. Here, guests who wish can trek or enjoy a unique nature experience by refreshing themselves in the cool waters of the waterfall.
After our lunch, we head to Saklıkent Canyon, the second largest canyon in Europe (Entrance Fee Average 80TL). Here, we closely explore the grandeur of nature with a walk.
During the continuation of our tour, guests who wish can experience the excitement of rafting on the Karaçay River (extra). Then we have fun with a mud bath activity.
Our Jeep Safari tour, which lasts all day, concludes with fun water fights, and we begin our journey back to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation will take place at our hotel.
Note: Guests who wish can join Fethiye night club and live music tours with the guidance of our guide (extra).
After breakfast at our hotel, our 12 Islands Boat Tour program begins with all our guests.
In this tour, which covers the region's most popular bays and islands such as Yassıca Island, Kızıl Island, and Tavşan Island, we spend an unforgettable day enjoying the turquoise and deep blue waters. While exploring the untouched nature of Fethiye bays, you can fully enjoy the sea with swimming breaks. Swimming breaks are given approximately every 45 minutes.
For guests participating in the boat tour, lunch is served on the boat. The menu includes grilled chicken and fish options, as well as pasta and salad varieties.
Our boat tour starts at 10:30 from Fethiye Port and ends around 17:30.
After our tour, we proceed to our return journey to Izmir. While continuing our journey via the Muğla – Aydın route, we have a dinner break at a suitable facility (extra). After the necessary breaks, we arrive in Izmir around 00:00-01:00.
We bid farewell to see you again on another GEZİ TUTKUNLARI trip by dropping you off at the points we picked you up from.
Note: It is recommended to depart in appropriate clothing for the return journey after the boat tour. Our boat has a large capacity and includes shower, WC, changing cabins, and sunbathing areas.
You can postpone your tour date by informing us at least 5 business days before the tour date. You can receive a refund of your tour fee by informing us at least 7 business days before the tour date. For flight and international tour programs, you can receive a refund of your tour fee by informing us at least 30 business days in advance. Refunds will be made in the same manner as paid to the guest. For credit card payments, commission fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs will be made at different points outside the program. The start and end times of the tour may not coincide with public transport schedules. Participants are responsible for planning accordingly. The times specified on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not arrive, it is the participant's responsibility to contact the office.
2-The agency reserves the right to change the program due to weather conditions, road status, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational requirements.
3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined according to the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for trips and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.
6-If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour can be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discounts apply for children under 12 years old, provided they share a room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels as long as they are of the same standards.
9-Room allocation and type are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided in the tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and Turkish ID number. Participants are responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for trips that cannot be made due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times indicated by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and peak periods, accommodation may be made in different hotels of the same standard. If necessary, the group may be split.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken as the basis.
16-Participants are considered to have read and accepted these conditions at the time of reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may change the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational requirements, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement will be applied based on the cancellation date. The refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc. third-party services are subject to the terms of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, and official authority decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and entry conditions into the country are entirely the participant's responsibility. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.
21-Price updates may be made until the tour date based on exchange rate increases, fuel prices, taxes, and fees that may change.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.
23-In case of non-compliance with the departure times indicated by the guide, guests are obliged to join the tour program at their own expense. Any additional expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
Customers are considered to have accepted all items when purchasing the tour.
