• Our agency is responsible for all trips and organizations mentioned in this program.
• The departure times specified by the guide are definite and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and any refund or compensation requests due to the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details are sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions arising from incomplete or incorrect reporting of contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least 2 days' notice. In this case, all paid fees will be refunded in full.
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit order, and departure times based on weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements.
• Due to possible traffic and regional density during holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar busy periods, changes or time restrictions may occur on the specified routes in the program.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to an additional fee. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour fee unless otherwise stated in the program.
• In tours requiring a museum card, obtaining the card is the guest's responsibility. Guests without a museum card can access the entrance through current applications and ticket office procedures.
• Participants are dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the beginning of the tour. Outside of operational obligations, no off-route passenger drop-off will be made.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the participant's responsibility. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• It is mandatory to comply with the departure times specified by the guide. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility.
• Our tours include mandatory travel insurance. The accuracy of the shared information for insurance procedures is the participant's responsibility.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes may be made, provided they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests who have sensitivities regarding this matter must inform us in writing before the tour.
• The provisions of the current sales contract apply to reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer transactions.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the cancellation right up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, within the package conditions.
Dear Guests, after welcoming you at the designated points, we begin our journey with the comfortable vehicles of GEZİ TUTKUNLARI.
After a breakfast (Extra) break at a suitable facility, we follow the route from Muğla to Gökova and reach Fethiye. Along the way, there are panoramic observation opportunities accompanied by the unique natural views of Gökova Bay.
Upon arrival in Fethiye, we head to the famous Ölüdeniz Beach with its blue flag beaches. Here we give free time throughout the day. Guests can enjoy the sea and sun or participate in one of the region's most popular activities, paragliding (extra).
With the paragliding experience from Babadağ, you will have the opportunity to view the unique landscape of Ölüdeniz from above and create unforgettable moments.
After free time, we gather at the specified time and head to our hotel. Dinner and accommodation will take place at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, our fun and adventure-filled Jeep Safari tour begins with the slogan, "Get ready to get wet!"
The first stop of our tour is the Gizlikent Waterfall, which enchants with its natural beauty. After our enjoyable visit here, we take a break at the famous Yakapark with its icy waters. This special spot offers a short resting opportunity where you can cool off in nature.
Next, we move on to the natural wonder Gizli Kent Waterfall. Here, guests can trek or refresh themselves in the cool waters of the waterfall, experiencing a unique nature experience.
After our lunch, we head to Saklıkent Canyon, the second largest canyon in Europe (Entrance Fee is approximately 80TL). Here, we closely explore the grandeur of nature with a walk.
During our tour, guests can experience the excitement of rafting on the Karaçay River (extra). Then we have fun with the mud bath activity.
Our Jeep Safari tour, which lasts all day, concludes with fun water fights, and we begin our journey back to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation will take place at our hotel.
Note: Guests can join Fethiye nightclub and live music tours with the guidance of our guide (extra).
After breakfast at our hotel, our Twelve Islands Boat Tour program begins with all our guests.
In this tour, which covers the region's most popular bays and islands such as Yassıca Island, Kızıl Ada, and Tavşan Island, we spend an unforgettable day enjoying the turquoise and deep blue waters. While exploring the untouched nature of Fethiye bays, you can fully enjoy the sea with swimming breaks. Swimming breaks are given approximately every 45 minutes.
For guests participating in the boat tour, lunch is served on the boat. The menu includes grilled chicken and fish options, as well as pasta and salad varieties.
Our boat tour starts at 10:30 from Fethiye Port and ends around 17:30.
After our tour, we proceed with our return journey to Izmir. While continuing our journey via the Muğla – Aydın route, a dinner break is provided at a suitable facility (extra). After the necessary breaks, we arrive in Izmir around 00:00-01:00.
We bid farewell to you by dropping you off at the points we picked you up from, hoping to see you again on another GEZİ TUTKUNLARI trip.
Note: It is recommended to depart in suitable clothing for the return journey after the boat tour. Our boat has a large capacity and includes shower, WC, changing cabins, and sunbathing areas.
You can postpone your tour date by informing us at least 5 business days before the date of the tour. You can receive a refund of your tour fee by informing us at least 7 business days before the date of the tour. For tours with flights and international programs, you can receive a refund of your tour fee by informing us at least 30 business days in advance. Tour fee refunds will be made in the same manner as paid to the guest. In credit card payments, commission fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants are dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs will be made at different locations outside the program. The start and end times of the tour may not coincide with public transport times. Participants are obliged to plan accordingly. The times specified on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not reach, the participant is responsible for contacting the office.
2-The agency reserves the right to change the program due to weather conditions, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational requirements.
3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined according to the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for tours and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.
6-In case the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour may be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discounts apply to children under 12 years old, provided they share a room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels, provided they are of the same standards.
9-Room allocation and type are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided in the tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for tours that cannot be conducted due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times specified by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and busy periods, accommodation may be provided in different hotels of the same standard. In necessary cases, the group may be divided.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken into account.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions at the time of reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may change the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational requirements, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The rates of deductions specified in the Package Tour Agreement will be applied based on the cancellation date. Refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc. are subject to the terms of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, and official authority decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and entry conditions into the country are entirely the participant's responsibility. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.
21-Price updates may be made until the date of the tour based on exchange rate increases, fuel prices, and changes in taxes and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours is dependent on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.
23-If the times specified by the guide are not adhered to, the guest is obliged to participate in the tour program at their own expense. Any additional expenses incurred are the responsibility of the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
Customers are deemed to have accepted all items when purchasing the tour.
