Important Note: Vehicle sizes are arranged according to the number of participants. It can be a minibus, midibus, or bus.

• Our agency is responsible for all trips and organizations mentioned in this program.
• The departure times specified by the guide are definite and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and any refund or compensation requests due to the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details are sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to be realized, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that at least 2 days' notice is given. In this case, the paid fees will be refunded in full.
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visiting sequences, and departure times in accordance with weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements.
• Changes or time restrictions may occur in the specified routes in the program due to traffic and regional density that may occur during holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar busy periods.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to additional fees. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour fee unless otherwise stated in the program.
• In tours requiring a museum card, obtaining the card is the responsibility of the guest. Guests without a museum card can enter using current applications and box office procedures.
• Participants are dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the start of the tour. Off-route passenger drop-off is not performed except for operational obligations.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the responsibility of the participant. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• It is mandatory to comply with the departure times specified by the guide. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided during our tours. The accuracy of the shared information for insurance procedures is the participant's responsibility.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes can be made, provided that they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests who have sensitivities regarding this matter must inform us in writing before the tour.
• The current sales contract provisions apply to reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer transactions.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the cancellation right up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, within the package conditions.
Dear Guests; after welcoming you from the specified stops on the evening of your chosen day, we begin our journey with the comfortable vehicles of GEZİ TUTKUNLARI. We take a breakfast break at a suitable facility in the early morning hours (extra).
After our breakfast, we start our tour by visiting one of Ankara's most special points, Ankara Castle. In this area, where you can watch the panoramic view of the city and take a journey into the past with historical Ankara houses and narrow streets, we have the opportunity to see inns, baths, mansions, coppersmiths, and basket makers' bazaars. After our photo break, we continue our tour.
Our next stop is the Anatolian Civilizations Museum, which hosts the works of many civilizations that have left their mark in Anatolia and is considered one of the important museums in the world. With our guide, we delve into the depths of history.
Then we visit the 1st Assembly and 2nd Assembly Buildings and witness the founding process of the Republic of Turkey. Continuing our tour, we head to Anıtkabir, the eternal resting place of the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. We reach Anıtkabir via the Lion Road, pay our respects, and visit the War of Independence Museum section.
After our tour, we head towards Eskişehir and check into our hotel. After settling in, we participate in the entertainment of the sıra gecesi organized at Ciğerci Aziz Usta, included in the tour for dinner.
Guests who wish can take advantage of their free time to explore Eskişehir's vibrant nightlife. Thanks to our centrally located hotel, many points can be reached on foot. Guests can enjoy their time in areas such as Doktorlar Street, Porsuk River and Islands Region, Haller Youth Center, Espark Mall, and Bar Street.
After having breakfast at our hotel, we start the day at Kent Park, one of Eskişehir's most important living spaces. Known as the lungs of the city, we enjoy a pleasant stroll while seeing the artificial beach, swimming pools, ponds, walking paths, sports areas, rose gardens, and various social living spaces.
After our visit to Kent Park, we move to the Historical Odunpazarı Houses area. During our walk among the restored Ottoman-era city mansions and narrow streets, we closely learn about the historical texture of the region with our guide's explanations.
Next, we visit Turkey's first Contemporary Glass Art Museum and have the opportunity to see unique glass works by different artists.
We continue our tour with Atlıhan Handicrafts Bazaar, where we closely examine the meerschaum products, one of Eskişehir's symbols. Then, a short free time is provided for shopping.
Our next stop is the Kurşunlu Complex, one of the most important cultural structures in the city. Following this, we visit the world-famous Wax Sculpture Museum.
After a break to taste Eskişehir's famous delicacy, çiğ börek, we move to the city center. We provide free time around Porsuk River, Islands Region, bridges, the governor's mansion, and the municipality building. Guests can enjoy a pleasant experience on Porsuk River with a gondola tour (Venetian atmosphere) or a boat tour (Amsterdam breeze) (extra).
Later in the day, we head to Sazova Science, Art, and Culture Park, one of Eskişehir's largest and most visited areas. Here, we enjoy a pleasant free time while seeing the Fairy Tale Castle, Pirate Ship, Noah's Ark, Science Center, Zoo, Underwater World, steam mini train, and large pond.
After our tour, we begin our journey back to İzmir. After necessary breaks on the road, we arrive in İzmir between 00:00 – 01:00. We bid farewell to meet again in another GEZİ TUTKUNLARI organization.
Note: Arrival time may vary depending on road, weather, and traffic conditions. Therefore, we recommend arranging your return flight or subsequent plans for the next day.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND CHANGE CONDITIONS Cancellations of tour reservations can be made uninterruptedly until 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full amount paid will be refunded. For tours organized during special periods such as holidays, semester breaks, New Year's, and official holidays, cancellations and refunds cannot be made 4 days (96 hours) before and after the tour date. Refunds are not possible for cancellation requests made outside the specified time frames. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation can be changed depending on availability. Name changes can be made. Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information are sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. In tour programs with flights, no refunds will be made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. In the event that the tour is canceled by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational obligations, the tour fee paid by the guest will be refunded in full without any deductions. Refunds are made through the method of payment used. Due to the processing times of banks and card institutions, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in the account may vary. All guests making a reservation are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and change conditions.
General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants are dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs will be made at different locations outside the program. The start and end times of the tour may not coincide with public transport times. Participants are responsible for planning accordingly. The times indicated on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not arrive, the participant is responsible for contacting the office.
2-The agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to weather conditions, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational requirements.
3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined according to the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for trips and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.
6-In case the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour can be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discounts apply to children under 12 years of age, provided they stay in the same room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels, provided that they are of the same standards.
9-Room assignments and types are determined by the hotel management. The agency does not have discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided in the tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for trips that cannot be made due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times indicated by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and busy periods, accommodation may be made in different hotels of the same standard. If necessary, the group may be split.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and the requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken as the basis.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions at the time of reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and the Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may change the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational requirements, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement will be applied based on the cancellation date. Refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc., third-party services are subject to the conditions of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, and official authority decisions. In these cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and entry requirements into the country are entirely the responsibility of the participant. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.
21-Price updates may be made until the tour date due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel prices, taxes, and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours is dependent on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.
23-In case of non-compliance with the departure times indicated by the guide, the guest is obliged to participate in the tour program at their own expense. Any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
Customers are deemed to have accepted all items when purchasing the tour.
