IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
• Our agency is responsible for all trips and organizations mentioned in this program.
• The departure times specified by the guide are definitive and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and any refund or compensation requests due to the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details are sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least 2 days' notice. In this case, the paid fees will be refunded in full.
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit sequences, and departure times based on weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements.
• Due to traffic and regional density that may occur during holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar busy periods, changes or time restrictions may occur on the routes specified in the program.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to an additional fee. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour fee unless otherwise stated in the program.
• In tours requiring a museum card, obtaining the card is the responsibility of the guest. Guests without a museum card can enter using current applications and ticket office procedures.
• Participants are dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the start of the tour. Off-route passenger drop-offs are not made except for operational necessities.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the responsibility of the participant. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• It is mandatory to comply with the departure times specified by the guide. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided for our tours. The accuracy of the shared information for insurance procedures is the participant's responsibility.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes may be made as long as they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests who have sensitivities regarding this matter must inform us in writing before the tour.
• The provisions of the current sales contract are valid for reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer transactions.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the cancellation right up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, within the package conditions.

Download Itinerary (PDF)Day 1 — Abant – Yedigöller – Gölcük
Dear Guests, after welcoming you at the specified stops on Friday evening, we start our night journey with the comfortable vehicles of GEZİ TUTKUNLARI.
After a breakfast break at a suitable facility in the morning (extra), we reach the jewel of the Western Black Sea, Abant Lake. We take short walks in this natural wonder surrounded by pine and fir forests, and take a photo break with a view of the lake.
After our visit to Abant, we head to Yedigöller National Park, one of the most special national parks in nature (Extra). We enter between 10:00–11:00 and explore the area until around 14:00–15:00. We spend enjoyable time with the unique views offered by nature while seeing Nazlıgöl, İncegöl, Sazlıgöl, Kurugöl, Deringöl, Seringöl, and Büyükgöl.
After our visit to Yedigöller, we proceed to Gölcük Lake, another natural wonder of Bolu. We give free time with postcard-like views along with the famous lakeside house.
After completing our visits, we head to our hotel. Dinner and accommodation take place at our hotel.
Day 2 — Amasra – Safranbolu – Return to İzmir
After having breakfast at our hotel, we complete our check-out procedures and set off to explore the historical and natural beauties of the Western Black Sea.
Our first stop is Amasra. We explore the Kemere Bridge, historical castle walls, and Çekiciler Bazaar with our guide. We give free time with the unique sea view of Amasra.
After our visit to Amasra, we head to Safranbolu, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. First, we watch the panoramic view of Safranbolu from Hıdırlık Hill. Then we explore the historical texture of the region by visiting Cinci Inn, Köprülü Mosque, İzzet Pasha Mosque, Akçasu Canyon, and Yemeniciler Arasta.
After the free time given, we start our journey back to İzmir. With breaks along the route, we arrive in İzmir late at night. We say goodbye to you by dropping you off at the points where we picked you up, hoping to see you again in another GEZİ TUTKUNLARI organization.
Note: Arrival time may vary depending on road, weather, and traffic conditions. Therefore, we recommend planning your return flight/plans for the next day.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION, REFUND AND CHANGE CONDITIONS Tour reservations can be canceled uninterruptedly up to 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full amount paid will be refunded. For tours organized during special periods such as holidays, semester breaks, New Year's, and official holidays, cancellations and refunds cannot be made 4 days (96 hours) before and after the tour date. Refund requests made outside the specified time frames are not possible. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation may be changed depending on availability. Name changes can be made. Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information are sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. In tours with flights, no refunds are made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. In case of cancellation of the tour by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational necessities, the tour fee paid by the guest will be refunded in full without any deductions. Refunds are made through the method of payment used. Due to the processing times of banks and card institutions, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in the account may vary. All guests making a reservation are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and change conditions.
Additional Information
General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants are dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs are made at different points outside the program. The start and end times of the tour may not coincide with public transport times. Participants are obliged to plan accordingly. The times specified on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not arrive, the participant is responsible for contacting the office.
2-The agency has the right to make program changes due to weather conditions, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational necessities.
3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in tours is determined according to the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for trips and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.
6-In case the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour may be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discounts apply to children under 12 years old, provided they share a room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels as long as they are of the same standards.
9-Room allocation and room type are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. An extra foldable bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided in tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for trips that cannot be made due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times indicated by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and busy periods, accommodation may be made in different hotels of the same standard. If necessary, the group may be split.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken into account.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions during the reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and Package Tour Contract are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may make changes to the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational necessities, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The cut-off rates specified in the Package Tour Contract will be applied based on the cancellation date. Refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc. are subject to the conditions of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, and official authority decisions. In these cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and compliance with entry requirements are entirely the participant's responsibility. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.
21-Price updates may be made until the tour date due to exchange rate increases, fuel prices, taxes, and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.
23-If the departure times indicated by the guide are not adhered to, the guest is obliged to participate in the tour program at their own expense. Any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
All customers are deemed to have accepted all items when purchasing the tour.
