Our agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be delays in scheduled and charter flights, or the times may change before the existing trip and flight. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Our agency is not responsible for changes in domestic flight connections for guests who do not confirm flight times and routes. The airline's rules apply to group tickets, and according to the group ticket rules, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.<\/p>
Prices are based on transportation fees as of 01.01.2025, and any increases until the departure date will be reflected proportionally.
Our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour/change the date with prior notice to our guests. In programs where sufficient participation is not achieved, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with prior notice. In case of cancellation of the tour, our agency must personally inform the cancellation. There is no right to compensation due to legal processes.
Child prices apply if they stay as the 3rd person in the same room with 2 adults. In a Triple Room; the 3rd bed is an extra bed and is a foldable bed, which does not have the same comfort as the other 2 beds.
In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified to you 48 hours before the trip. Our agency reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the star category remains the same.<\/p>
Depending on the flight time, panoramic city introduction tours for late arrivals will be conducted the next day. The excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on different days at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and do not include museum or archaeological site entries, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours with a guide's narration from inside the vehicle. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are subject to local authorities' permission to visit on the day and time of the tour. Our agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours due to closed roads for any event or due to weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, the tours may not be conducted, or the extra tour prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of the museums and archaeological sites to be visited and weather conditions.<\/strong>
Extra tours are optional and not mandatory.<\/strong> Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are considered to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility on the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from the point they were dropped off after the tour is completed.<\/p>To avoid problems during your international departures and arrivals, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip.<\/strong> Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may be refused entry into the destination country and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
Our agency acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and has no responsibility in cases where the visa is not approved for any reason, such as not being issued in time, and does not create a right to compensation. Regardless of when it occurs, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
The visa must be obtained from the first country entered on the tour or the country where the most accommodation will take place. Otherwise, our agency is absolutely not responsible for the refusal of entry by passport police.
Having a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger. To avoid issues at the border with customs police due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, it is necessary to renew those passports, and if the country requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked for a document showing the joint consent of both parents by the police officer at the country’s entry and exit points; therefore, we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive to this matter.<\/p>Our agency considers that individuals registered for the travel programs have read and accepted these terms.<\/p>
