• Our agency is responsible for all tours and organizations specified in this program.
• The departure times indicated by the guide are definite and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and any refund or compensation requests due to the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details are sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions arising from incomplete or incorrect contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least 2 days' notice. In this case, all paid fees will be refunded in full.
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit order, and departure times based on weather conditions, traffic density, road status, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements.
• Due to potential traffic and regional density during holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar busy periods, changes or time restrictions may occur on the specified routes in the program.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to additional fees. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour fee unless otherwise stated in the program.
• For tours requiring a museum card, obtaining the card is the guest's responsibility. Guests without a museum card can enter using current applications and ticketing processes.
• Participants will be dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the beginning of the tour. Off-route passenger drop-off will not be performed except for operational obligations.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the participant's responsibility. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• Compliance with the departure times indicated by the guide is mandatory. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided for our tours. The accuracy of the shared information for insurance processes is the participant's responsibility.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes may be made as long as they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests who have sensitivities regarding this matter must inform us in writing before the tour.
• The provisions of the current sales contract apply to reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer processes.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the cancellation right up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, within the package conditions.
Dear Guests, after welcoming you at the specified stops on the morning of your chosen day, we start our journey with the comfortable vehicles of GEZİ TUTKUNLARI. We take a breakfast break at a suitable facility along the way (extra).
After breakfast, we proceed towards the Datça Peninsula, following the route of Aydın, Muğla, and Marmaris with unique natural scenery. Our first stop is Old Datça, one of the most special points of Datça. In this unique area described by the famous geographer Strabo as "God sends his beloved servant to Datça to live long," we enjoy a pleasant tour among stone houses, narrow streets adorned with bougainvilleas, art galleries, boutique shops, and a bohemian atmosphere. After the guide's explanations, we give free time for you to explore the area and take photos.
After our visit to Old Datça, we head to Kızkumu Beach, located in the Orhaniye region of Marmaris, famous for its natural beauty. Here, after listening to our guide about the famous princess and fisherman legend of the region, we take a photo and swimming break at this unique spot that gives the feeling of walking on water.
After enjoying our time at Kızkumu, we move to Marmaris center and check into our hotel. Dinner and accommodation will take place at our hotel.
Guests who wish can join the extra night entertainment program to experience Marmaris's vibrant nightlife in the evening.
After having breakfast at our hotel, we meet at the reception and set off for our Jeep Safari tour (Including Lunch) to explore the unique nature of Marmaris (Included in Tour Price).
This activity, where we will spend an unforgettable day away from the busy city life of Marmaris, is suitable for guests of all ages. Our adventure-filled journey begins with the jeeps we will board in front of our hotel.
We progress through magnificent pine forests to reach the off-road track. After receiving our necessary equipment, we continue our safari tour with fun water fights and lots of laughter. We explore the region's most special points while passing through valleys with beautiful natural scenery.
We reach Kızkumu Beach, one of the important stops of our tour. We take a swimming and photo break at this unique natural formation that gives the feeling of walking on water.
After our lunch, we change our route to Turgut Village. Here, we visit the Turgut Waterfall, which cascades from a height of about 10 meters and enchants visitors with its natural beauty. Guests who wish can spend time in the cool waters of the waterfall and enjoy nature.
Around 17:00, we complete our safari program and return to our hotel. Dinner and accommodation will take place at our hotel.
Note: Guests who wish can join the extra night entertainment program to explore Marmaris's famous Bar Street and nightclubs in the evening.
After having breakfast at our hotel, we return our room keys and load our luggage into the vehicle. Today's program is planned as two different alternatives according to our guests' preferences.
Guests who wish can participate in the Scuba Diving (Extra Fee Applies) activity in the clear waters of Marmaris, while those who prefer can join the Boat Tour program to explore the unique bays of the Aegean (Included). You can inform our guide of your participation preference during the tour.
Guests are advised to bring spare clothes and personal belongings they may use during the day.
By 17:00, we complete all our activities and begin our return journey to Izmir. After suitable breaks along the route, we arrive in Izmir in the evening (23:00 - 00:30).
We bid farewell to you by dropping you off at the points where we picked you up, hoping to see you again on another GEZİ TUTKUNLARI journey.
CANCELLATION, REFUND AND CHANGE CONDITIONS Tour reservations can be canceled uninterruptedly up to 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full amount paid will be refunded. In tours organized during special periods such as holidays, semester breaks, New Year's, and official holidays, cancellations and refunds cannot be made 4 days (96 hours) before and after the tour date. Refund requests made outside the specified periods are not possible. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation may be changed depending on availability. Name changes are allowed. Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information are sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. In tours with flights, no refunds will be made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. In the event of the tour being canceled by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational obligations, the tour fee paid by the guest will be refunded in full without any deductions. Refunds are made through the method of payment used. Due to the processing times of banks and card institutions, the time for the refund to reflect in the account may vary. All guests who make a reservation are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and change conditions.
General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. There will be no stops or passenger drop-offs at different locations outside the program. The start and end times of the tour may not coincide with public transport times. Participants are responsible for planning accordingly. The times indicated on the website are for informational purposes only. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not arrive, it is the participant's responsibility to contact the office.
2-The agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to weather conditions, road status, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational requirements.
3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined according to the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for trips and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.
6-If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour may be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discounts apply to children under 12 years of age, provided they share a room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels as long as they are of the same standards.
9-Room assignments and types are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided for the tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for trips that cannot be made due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times indicated by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and busy periods, accommodation may be provided in different hotels of the same standard. If necessary, the group may be split.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and the requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken into account.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions during the reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and the Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may make changes to the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational requirements, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement will be applied based on the cancellation date. Refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc. third-party services are subject to the conditions of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, and official authority decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and compliance with entry requirements are entirely the participant's responsibility. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.
21-Price updates may be made until the tour date due to exchange rate increases, fuel prices, and changes in taxes and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.
23-In case of non-compliance with the departure times indicated by the guide, the guest is obliged to participate in the tour program at their own expense. Any additional expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
Customers are deemed to have accepted all items when purchasing the tour.
