Our agency is responsible for all tours mentioned in this program.

For tours requiring a Museum Card, it can be obtained from the regions during the trip. The Museum Card fee is 60 TL. The student Museum Card fee is 30 TL. The Museum Card provides free entry to all museums in Turkey for one year. If the Museum Card cannot be obtained, entry can be made via the application.

A reminder message will be sent 24 hours before the tour program information. If the message has not been sent to you, please contact our agency to report this situation. Our agency cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from lack of communication.

During special days such as holidays, New Year's, and semester breaks, there may be deficiencies or changes in the tour routes due to traffic density in tourism regions. Our agency cannot be held responsible for this situation.

If the minimum number of participants for the tour is not reached, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that notice is given at least 2 (two) days in advance. In case of cancellation, the paid fee will be refunded to the participant in the same manner it was paid.

Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. Additionally, there will be no stops/drops at different points. The right to make changes due to weather, road, and extraordinary situations is reserved by our agency.

Our agency is not responsible for price changes in extra paid activities in the regions during special period dates. We offer you the best prices available from local companies.

Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.

Trips or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these trips or tours.

Child discount is valid for child participants who are under 12 years old, provided they stay with 2 adults.

Mandatory travel insurance is provided in our tours. Date of birth and T.C. identity number must be presented. Our agency is not obliged to verify this information. The consumer is obliged to provide accurate information.

Our agency is not responsible for tours that could not be conducted due to unforeseen reasons (weather, road, density at visited places, etc.) or due to guests not complying with the times set by our guide, even if they are specified in the tour program.

Our guide has the right to make any changes to the program as deemed necessary.

It is important to review your reservation document sent to your email after booking.

For programs that participants wish to cancel or transfer, the Cancellation Refund Transfer contract provisions apply. You have the right to refund until 48 hours prior to the purchase of the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package.
