• Our agency is responsible for all tours and organizations specified in this program.
• Departure times specified by the guide are definitive and binding for all participants. A maximum waiting period of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time to avoid disrupting the program. If the waiting period is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and no refund or compensation claim arising from the participant's inability to continue the tour will be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details are sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect contact information.
• In the event that the required number of participants for the tour is not met, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that information is given at least 2 days in advance. In this case, the fees paid will be refunded in full.
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit order, and departure times in line with weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements.
• Due to traffic and regional density that may occur during holidays, public holidays, semester breaks, and similar busy periods, changes or time restrictions may be experienced in the routes specified in the program.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to a fee. These services are offered by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour price unless otherwise specified in the program.
• For tours requiring a Museum Card, it is the guest's responsibility to obtain the card. Guests without a Museum Card can arrange their entry through current applications and ticket office procedures.
• Participants are dropped off at the same stops where they boarded the vehicle at the start of the tour. Dropping off passengers outside the route is not done except for operational necessities.
• The protection of personal belongings throughout the tour is the responsibility of the participant. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• It is mandatory to comply with the departure times specified by the guide. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by the participant.
• For tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the responsibility of the participant.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided for our tours. The accuracy of the information shared for insurance procedures is the responsibility of the participant.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes may be made, provided they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests who are sensitive about this matter must inform us in writing before the tour.
• In reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer procedures, the provisions of the current sales contract apply.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the right to cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, within the package conditions.
Dear guests; after picking you up from the specified stops early on Saturday morning, we begin our enjoyable journey with GEZİ TUTKUNLARI towards one of the most beautiful routes of the Aegean. After our breakfast break (extra) at a suitable facility on the way, we reach Gökova via Muğla, accompanied by views that reveal all the beauties of nature.
On the Gökova road, we witness beautiful natural landscapes, take photo breaks, and arrive at Akyaka, one of the most special spots in the region. During our free time in Akyaka, famous for its tranquility, natural beauties, and unique atmosphere, you can explore the region, and those who wish can join the Azmak River Boat Tour (extra). The boat tour on the Azmak River, famous for its clear waters resembling an aquarium, underwater flora, and natural beauties, becomes one of the most enjoyable moments of the day.
After our free time in Akyaka, we turn our route towards Fethiye, one of Turkey's most popular holiday resorts. Then we reach the world-famous Ölüdeniz and Belcekız Beach with its turquoise sea and postcard-perfect views. During the swimming and free time we will have here, you can enjoy the unique waters of the Aegean and bask in the sun and sea to the fullest.
After unforgettable hours in Ölüdeniz, we head to our hotel. Dinner and accommodation will be at our hotel. Facilities such as showers, changing cabins, and WCs are available at Ölüdeniz and Belcekız Beach to meet your needs.
In the evening, guests who wish to continue the entertainment can join the nightclub tour (extra) organized by our guide and experience the vibrant atmosphere of Fethiye nights.
Dear guests; after breakfast at our hotel, we start our free day program with GEZİ TUTKUNLARI. Throughout the day, guests can choose one of the extra activities listed below.
1. ACTIVITY | JEEP SAFARI (EXTRA)
We are picked up from our hotel by jeep vehicles and begin our nature and adventure-filled tour.

After our jeep safari tour, we return to our hotel.
Note: Guests participating in the safari tour are advised to bring spare clothes.
2. ACTIVITY | FETHİYE 12 ISLANDS BOAT TOUR (EXTRA)
We head to Fethiye Marina and board our boat.
Tour program:
Swimming breaks are given in the designated bays. Lunch is served on the boat during the tour.
Note: The term “12 Islands” is used to describe the entire group of islands in the region. The tour does not visit 12 different islands. The route may be changed by the captain depending on weather and sea conditions.
Note: Guests participating in the boat tour are advised to bring spare clothes.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
CANCELLATION, REFUND AND CHANGE CONDITIONS Tour reservations can be cancelled without deduction up to 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full amount paid will be refunded. For tours organized during special periods such as holidays, semester breaks, New Year's, public holidays, and similar busy times, cancellation and refunds cannot be made within 4 days (96 hours) and after the tour date. Refunds are not possible for cancellation requests made outside the specified periods. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation may be changed depending on availability. Name changes can be made. Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information are sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. For flight-inclusive tour programs, no refunds are made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. In the event that the tour is cancelled by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational necessities, the tour fee paid by the guest will be refunded in full without any deductions. Refunds are made via the payment method used for the original transaction. Due to the processing times of banks and card organizations, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in the account may vary. All guests making a reservation are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and change conditions.
General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants are dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs are made at different points outside the program. Tour start and end times may not coincide with public transport hours. Participants are obliged to plan accordingly. The times specified on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information are sent via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification is not received, it is the participant's responsibility to contact the office.
2-In tours; the agency reserves the right to change the program due to weather conditions, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational necessities.
3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in tours is determined by the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for tours and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out due to security reasons.
6-If the sufficient number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour may be cancelled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discount is valid for children under 12 years old, provided they stay in the same room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels, provided they are of the same standards.
9-Room placement and room type are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A rollaway bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided for tours. Participants are required to declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. The participant is responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for tours that cannot be carried out due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times announced by the guide.
13-The guide reserves the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and busy periods, accommodation may be provided in different hotels of the same standard. The group may be divided if necessary.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken as a basis.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these terms at the time of reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and the Package Tour Agreement are an integral whole.
17-Our agency may make changes to the tour program in line with seasonal conditions, road works, operational requirements, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The cancellation date is taken as a basis, and the deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement are applied. Refund rules for third-party services such as transportation, flights, ferries, etc., are subject to the terms of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes arising from force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, or official authority decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the current legislation apply.
20-For international tours, ensuring passport validity, visa procedures, overseas exit fees, and country entry requirements is entirely the responsibility of the participant. The agency is not responsible for any problems that may arise at border gates.
21-Price updates may be made until the tour date due to increases in exchange rates, fuel prices, taxes, and fees.
22-Extra tours are subject to sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be carried out.
23-If the guest does not comply with the departure times announced by the guide, the guest is obliged to join the tour program by their own means. Any additional expenses incurred will be borne by the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
