• Our agency is responsible for all trips and organizations mentioned in this program.
• The departure times specified by the guide are final and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and any refund or compensation requests due to the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details will be sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to be carried out, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least 2 days' notice. In this case, all paid fees will be refunded in full.
• The guide or our agency may make changes in the program flow, visit sequences, and departure times based on weather conditions, traffic density, road status, official decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements.
• Due to possible traffic and regional density during holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar peak periods, changes in the specified routes or time restrictions may occur.
• Optional extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are subject to additional fees and are provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour fee unless otherwise stated in the program.
• For tours requiring a museum card, obtaining the card is the guest's responsibility. Guests without a museum card can enter through current applications and ticket office procedures.
• Participants are dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the beginning of the tour. Off-route passenger drop-offs are not made unless operationally necessary.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the participant's responsibility. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• It is mandatory to comply with the departure times specified by the guide. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided during our tours. The accuracy of the shared information for insurance procedures is the participant's responsibility.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes can be made provided that they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests who have sensitivities regarding this matter must inform us in writing before the tour.
• The current sales contract provisions apply to reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer transactions.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the cancellation right up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, within the package conditions.
Dear guests; after welcoming you at the selected stops in the early hours of the morning, we begin our pleasant journey towards one of the most beautiful routes in the Aegean with TRAVEL ENTHUSIASTS. After our breakfast break at a suitable facility on the way (extra), we reach Gökova through Muğla, accompanied by views showcasing all the beauties of nature.
On the way to Gökova, we witness beautiful natural landscapes, take photo breaks, and arrive at Akyaka, one of the most special points in the region. During our free time in Akyaka, famous for its tranquility, natural beauty, and unique atmosphere, guests can explore the area, and those who wish can join the Azmak River Boat Tour (extra). The boat tour we will take on the Azmak River, famous for its aquarium-like clear waters, underwater vegetation, and natural beauty, becomes one of the most enjoyable moments of the day.
After our free time in Akyaka, we turn our route towards Fethiye, one of Turkey's most popular holiday centers. Then we arrive at the world-famous Ölüdeniz and Belcekız Beach, with its turquoise sea and postcard-like views. During our swimming and free time here, you can enjoy the unique waters of the Aegean and fully experience the joy of the sun and sea.
After spending unforgettable hours in Ölüdeniz, we head to our hotel. Dinner and accommodation will take place at our hotel. Facilities such as showers, changing cabins, and WC are available at Ölüdeniz and Belcekız Beach for your needs.
In the evening, guests who wish to continue the fun can join the night club tour organized by our guide (extra) to experience the colorful atmosphere of Fethiye nights.
Dear guests; after having our breakfast at the hotel, we start our free day program with TRAVEL ENTHUSIASTS. Throughout the day, guests who wish can choose one of the extra activities listed below.
1. ACTIVITY | JEEP SAFARI (EXTRA)
We start our nature and adventure-filled tour by being picked up from our hotel with jeep vehicles.

After our jeep safari tour, we return to our hotel.
Note: Guests participating in the safari tour are advised to bring spare clothes.
2. ACTIVITY | FETHIYE 12 ISLANDS BOAT TOUR (EXTRA)
We head to Fethiye Marina and board our boat.
Tour program:
Swimming breaks are given at designated bays. Lunch is served on the boat during the tour.
Note: The term “12 Islands” is used to describe the entirety of the islands in the region. The tour does not visit 12 different islands. The route may be changed by the captain depending on weather and sea conditions.
Note: Guests participating in the boat tour are advised to bring spare clothes.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND CHANGE CONDITIONS Tour reservations can be canceled uninterruptedly up to 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full amount paid will be refunded. For tours organized during special periods such as holidays, semester breaks, New Year's, and official holidays, cancellations and refunds cannot be made 4 days (96 hours) before and after the tour date. Refunds are not possible for cancellation requests made outside the specified time frames. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation may be changed depending on availability. Name changes can be made. Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information will be sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. In tours with flights, no refunds will be made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. In case the tour is canceled by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational obligations, the tour fee paid by the guest will be refunded in full without any deductions. Refunds are processed through the method of payment made. Due to the processing times of banks and card institutions, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in the account may vary. All guests making a reservation are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and change conditions.
General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants are dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs are made at different points outside the program. The start and end times of the tour may not coincide with public transport times. Participants are obliged to plan accordingly. The times indicated on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not arrive, the participant is responsible for contacting the office.
2-The agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to weather conditions, road status, official decisions, force majeure, or operational requirements.
3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined according to the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for trips and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.
6-If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour can be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discounts apply to children under the age of 12, provided they share a room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels, provided they are of the same standards.
9-Room assignments and types are determined by the hotel management. The agency does not have discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided during the tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. The participant is responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for trips that cannot be made due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times indicated by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and peak periods, accommodations may be made in different hotels of the same standard. In necessary cases, the group may be divided.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken into account.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions at the time of reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may change the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational requirements, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The cancellation date is taken into account, and the deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement are applied. Refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc. are subject to the conditions of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, or official decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and entry requirements are entirely the participant's responsibility. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.
21-Price updates may be made until the tour date due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel prices, taxes, and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.
23-If the departure times indicated by the guide are not adhered to, the guest is obliged to join the tour program at their own expense. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
The customer is deemed to have accepted all items when purchasing the tour.
