• Our agency is responsible for all trips and organizations specified in this program.
• Departure times specified by the guide are definitive and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting period of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting period is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and no refund or compensation claim arising from the participant's inability to continue the tour will be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details are sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect contact information.
• In the event that the required number of participants for the tour cannot be reached, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that notice is given at least 2 days in advance. In this case, all paid fees will be fully refunded.
• In line with weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements, the guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit order, and departure times.
• During busy periods such as holidays, public holidays, semesters, and similar, changes or time restrictions may occur in the routes specified in the program due to traffic and regional density.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to a fee. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar are not included in the tour price unless otherwise specified in the program.
• For tours requiring a Museum Pass (Müzekart), obtaining the card is the guest's responsibility. Guests without a Museum Pass can gain entry through current applications and ticket office procedures.
• Participants are dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the start of the tour. Dropping off passengers outside the route is not done except for operational necessities.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the participant's responsibility. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• Adherence to the departure times specified by the guide is mandatory. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to participant-caused delays.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided for our tours. The accuracy of the information shared for insurance procedures is the participant's responsibility.
• In programs with accommodation, hotel changes may be made, provided they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests who are sensitive about this matter must inform us in writing before the tour.
• The provisions of the current sales contract apply to reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer procedures.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the right to cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, under the package conditions.

RETURN PROGRAM
After the free time, the return journey to İzmir is provided around 21:00, and our guests are dropped off at their pick-up points.
CANCELLATION, REFUND AND AMENDMENT CONDITIONS Tour reservations can be cancelled without deduction up to 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full amount paid will be refunded. For tours organized during special periods such as holidays, semesters, New Year's, public holidays, and similar, cancellations and refunds are not possible within 4 days (96 hours) of the tour date. Refunds are not possible for cancellation requests made outside the specified periods. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation may be changed subject to availability. Name changes are permitted. Tour details, departure times, pick-up points, and guide contact information are sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. For flight-inclusive tour programs, no refunds are made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. In the event of a tour cancellation by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational necessities, the tour fee paid by the guest will be fully refunded without any deductions. Refunds are processed via the original payment method. The time it takes for a refund to reflect in the account may vary due to the processing times of banks and card institutions. All guests making a reservation are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and amendment conditions.
General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants are dropped off at the same point where they boarded the vehicle. Stops and passenger drop-offs at different points outside the program are not made. Tour start and end times may not coincide with public transportation hours. Participants are responsible for planning accordingly. The times specified on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be sent via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification is not received, it is the participant's responsibility to contact the office.
2-In tours; the agency reserves the right to change the program due to weather conditions, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational necessities.
3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in tours is determined by the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for trips and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out due to security reasons.
6-If the sufficient number of participants for the tour is not reached, the tour may be cancelled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discount; is valid for children under 12 years old, provided they stay in the same room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels, provided they are of the same standards.
9-Room placement and room type are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no control over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A rollaway bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided for tours. Participants are required to declare their correct date of birth and Turkish ID number (T.C. kimlik numarası). The participant is responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for trips that cannot be made due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-adherence to the times announced by the guide.
13-The guide reserves the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and busy periods, accommodation may be provided in different hotels of the same standard. The group may be divided if necessary.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken as basis.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions at the time of reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and the Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may change the tour program in line with seasonal conditions, road works, operational requirements, and service quality assessments. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement are applied based on the cancellation date. Refund rules for third-party services such as transportation, flights, ferries, etc., are subject to the conditions of the respective company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, or official authority decisions. In these situations, the provisions of the current legislation apply.
20-For international tours, ensuring passport validity, visa procedures, overseas exit fees, and country entry requirements is entirely the participant's responsibility. The agency is not responsible for any problems that may arise at border crossings.
21-Price updates may be made until the tour date due to increases in exchange rates, fuel prices, taxes, and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be carried out.
23-In case of non-adherence to the departure times announced by the guide, the guest is obliged to join the tour program by their own means. Any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
