Dear Guests; after picking you up at the specified stops the night before the program, our journey begins, and we arrive in Eskişehir in the early morning with GEZİ TUTKUNLARI's suitable vehicles for our tour.
We start our day in Eskişehir with an open buffet breakfast included in our tour program. After breakfast, we begin our enjoyable trip accompanied by our guide's valuable narration.
Our first stop is the Wax Museum. In the museum, which contains approximately 250 different figures, we have the opportunity to see realistic sculptures of familiar figures up close.
Our next stop is Sazova Science, Art and Culture Park. After visiting the Fairytale Castle, Pirate Ship, Underwater World and different thematic areas, we visit the Devrim Car exhibited in the TÜLOMSAŞ Factory garden and take a photo break.
Then we move to the historic Odunpazarı Houses area, one of Eskişehir's first settlements, dating back to the Ottoman period. Accompanied by our guide, we explore the region and get to know its historical texture up close.
We give free time for lunch (extra) to taste the famous çiğbörek or Balaban Köfte.
Afterwards, we visit Kurşunlu Complex, Meerschaum Museum and Atlıhan Handicrafts Bazaar. At the end of the day, our last stop is Porsuk River. After the free time we will give here, we start our return journey towards Izmir.
Between 23:00 - 01:00, we drop you off at the stops where we picked you up and bid farewell until our next GEZİ TUTKUNLARI trip.
Our program departs 1 night before the tour dates. You can join our tour from Salihli, Turgutlu, Kula regions along the route.

• Our agency is responsible for all trips and organizations specified in this program.
• The departure times specified by the guide are definitive and binding for all participants. To avoid disrupting the program, a maximum waiting period of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting period is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and no refund or compensation claim arising from the participant's inability to continue the tour will be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details are sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect contact information.
• In the event that the required number of participants for the tour is not reached, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that information is given at least 2 days in advance. In this case, the fees paid will be refunded in full.
• In line with weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements, the guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit order, and departure times.
• During busy periods such as holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar times, changes in the routes specified in the program or time restrictions may occur due to traffic and regional density.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to a fee. These services are offered by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, ancient sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour price unless otherwise specified in the program.
• For tours requiring a Museum Card, obtaining the card is the responsibility of the guest. Guests without a Museum Card can arrange their entry through current applications and ticket office procedures.
• Participants are dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the beginning of the tour. Passengers are not dropped off outside the route, except for operational necessities.
• The protection of personal belongings throughout the tour is the responsibility of the participant. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• It is mandatory to comply with the departure times specified by the guide. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by the participant.
• For tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the responsibility of the participant.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided for our tours. The accuracy of the information shared for insurance procedures is the responsibility of the participant.
• For accommodation programs, hotel changes may be made, provided they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests who are sensitive about this matter must inform us in writing before the tour.
• In reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer transactions, the provisions of the current sales contract apply.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the right to cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, within the package conditions.
CANCELLATION, REFUND AND AMENDMENT CONDITIONS Cancellation of tour reservations can be made without interruption up to 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full amount paid will be refunded. For tours organized during special periods such as holidays, semester breaks, New Year's, public holidays, and similar times, cancellation and refund are not possible 4 days (96 hours) before and after the tour date. Refunds are not possible for cancellation requests made outside the specified periods. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation can be changed depending on availability. Name changes can be made. Tour details, departure times, pick-up points, and guide contact information are sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. For flight-inclusive tour programs, no refunds are made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. In the event that the tour is canceled by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational necessities, the tour fee paid by the guest will be refunded in full without any deductions. Refunds are made via the payment method used for the original transaction. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in the account may vary due to the processing times of banks and card institutions. All guests making a reservation are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and amendment conditions.
General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants are dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs are made at different points outside the program. Tour start and end times may not coincide with public transportation hours. Participants are obliged to plan accordingly. The times stated on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification is not received, the participant is responsible for contacting the office.
2-The agency reserves the right to change the program due to weather conditions, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational necessities during the tours.
3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used for tours is determined by the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for trips and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out due to security reasons.
6-If the sufficient number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour may be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discount is valid for children under 12 years old, provided they stay in the same room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels, provided they are of the same standards.
9-Room placement and room type are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A rollaway bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided for tours. Participants are required to provide accurate date of birth and Turkish ID number. The participant is responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for trips that cannot be made due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times announced by the guide.
13-The guide reserves the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and busy periods, accommodation may be provided in different hotels of the same standard. The group may be divided if necessary.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken as basis.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these terms during reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and the Package Tour Contract are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may make changes to the tour program in line with seasonal conditions, road works, operational requirements, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Contract are applied based on the cancellation date. Refund rules for third-party services such as transportation, flights, ferries, etc., are subject to the terms of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes arising from force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, official authority decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the current legislation apply.
20-For international tours, passport validity, visa procedures, international departure fees, and meeting country entry requirements are entirely the responsibility of the participant. The agency is not responsible for any problems that may arise at border crossings.
21-Price updates may be made until the tour date due to increases in exchange rates, fuel prices, taxes, and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be carried out.
23-In case of non-compliance with the departure times announced by the guide, the guest is obliged to join the tour program by their own means. Any additional expenses incurred belong to the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
The Customer is deemed to have accepted all terms when purchasing the Tour.
