General Information for All Tours:

1-Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs will be made at different points outside the program. The start and end times of the tour may not coincide with public transport times. Participants are obliged to plan accordingly. The times indicated on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not reach the participant, it is their responsibility to contact the office.

2-The agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to weather conditions, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational requirements.

3-The agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined according to the number of participants.

5-The agency cannot be held responsible for tours and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.

6-In the event that the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour may be canceled, provided that notice is given at least 2 days before the tour date.

7-Child discounts apply for children under the age of 12, provided they share a room with two adults.

8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels, provided they are of the same standards.

9-Room allocation and room type are determined by the hotel management. The agency does not have discretion over room selection or floor selection.

10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.

11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided in tours. Participants are required to declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.

12-The agency is not responsible for tours that cannot be conducted due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times indicated by the guide.

13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.

14-During holidays and peak periods, accommodation may be made in different hotels of the same standard. In necessary cases, the group may be divided.

15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken into account.

16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions at the time of reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.

17-Our agency may make changes to the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational requirements, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.

18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement will be applied based on the cancellation date. Refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc. third-party services are subject to the conditions of the relevant company.

19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, and official authority decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.

20-For overseas tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and entry requirements are entirely the responsibility of the participant. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.

21-Price updates may be made until the tour date due to currency fluctuations, fuel prices, taxes, and fees.

22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.

23-In case of non-compliance with the departure times indicated by the guide, the guest is obliged to participate in the tour program at their own expense. Any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the participant.

24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.

All customers are deemed to have accepted all items when purchasing the tour.
