Our program departs 1 night before the tour dates. You can join our tour from Manisa, Akhisar, Balıkesir, Susurluk route.
Important Note: Vehicle sizes are arranged according to the number of participants. It can be a Minibus - Midibus - Bus.
RESERVATION OPTIONS
You can review INSTALLMENT options UP TO 12 MONTHS with your credit card via our website or make a cash payment.
You can reach us via our Whatsapp lines and create a reservation with a down payment (deposit), completing the remaining payment in the vehicle.
You can come to our office and pay with cash or your credit/debit card.
You can make a down payment with your credit card and lock in the discounted price.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
• Our agency is responsible for all trips and organizations specified in this program.
• The departure times specified by the guide are definitive and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting period of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting period is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and no refund or compensation claim arising from the participant's inability to continue the tour will be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details are sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect contact information.
• In the event that the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that notice is given at least 2 days in advance. In this case, all paid fees will be refunded in full.
• In accordance with weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements, the guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit order, and departure times.
• During busy periods such as holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar times, changes or time restrictions may occur in the routes specified in the program due to potential traffic and regional congestion.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to a fee. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour price unless otherwise stated in the program.
• In tours requiring a Museum Card, it is the guest's responsibility to obtain the card. Guests without a Museum Card can gain entry through current applications and ticket office procedures.
• Participants are dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the start of the tour. Dropping off passengers outside the route is not done except for operational necessities.
• The protection of personal belongings throughout the tour is the responsibility of the participant. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• Adherence to the departure times specified by the guide is mandatory. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to participant-caused delays.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided for our tours. The accuracy of the information shared for insurance procedures is the responsibility of the participant.
• In programs with accommodation, hotel changes may be made provided they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests who have sensitivities regarding this must inform us in writing before the tour.
• The provisions of the current sales contract apply to reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer procedures.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the right to cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, under the package conditions.
