• Our agency is responsible for all tours and organizations mentioned in this program.
• The departure times specified by the guide are definitive and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. In case of exceeding the waiting time, the vehicle will depart, and any refund or compensation requests due to the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details are sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions arising from incomplete or incorrect contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to be carried out, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least 2 days' notice. In this case, the paid fees will be refunded in full.
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit order, and departure times based on weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational necessities.
• Due to potential traffic and regional density during holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar busy periods, changes or time restrictions may occur on the specified routes in the program.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to an additional fee. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour fee unless otherwise stated in the program.
• In tours requiring a museum card, obtaining the card is the responsibility of the guest. Guests without a museum card can gain entry through current applications and ticket office procedures.
• Participants are dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the beginning of the tour. Off-route passenger drop-off is not performed except for operational necessities.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the responsibility of the participant. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• It is mandatory to comply with the departure times specified by the guide. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility.
• Our tours include mandatory travel insurance. The accuracy of the shared information for insurance procedures is the participant's responsibility.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes may be made, provided they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests with sensitivities regarding this matter should inform us in writing before the tour.
• The provisions of the current sales contract apply to reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer transactions.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation and Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the cancellation right up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, within the package conditions.
Dear Guests, after welcoming you from the specified stops on the evening of your chosen day, we begin our night journey with the comfortable vehicles of GEZİ TUTKUNLARI. We arrive in Istanbul in the morning and ascend to Çamlıca Hill, one of the city's most beautiful panoramic points. Here, we take a photo break while enjoying the view of Istanbul and have a short rest with tea or coffee.
Then we cross to the European side via the 15 July Martyrs Bridge and visit the Dolmabahçe Palace, one of the most important buildings witnessing the last period of the Ottoman Empire. In the Selamlık section of this magnificent palace, we examine many works reflecting the grandeur of the period, such as Hereke carpets, mother-of-pearl inlaid furniture, crystal chandeliers, accompanied by our guide.
(Note: The Harem section is not included in the Museum Card coverage, entrance is at an additional fee.)
After our visit to Dolmabahçe, we embark on a Bosphorus Tour to explore Istanbul from the sea(Extra). We enjoy a pleasant tour while observing historical mansions and the unique Bosphorus view along the route of Beşiktaş, Ortaköy, Arnavutköy, Bebek, Rumeli Hisarı, Emirgan, and Yeniköy.
After the tour, we give free time in Eminönü, and guests who wish can experience the famous fish sandwich.
Then, we proceed along the Golden Horn to reach the historically rich area of Balat. During a short walk with our guide, we closely observe colorful Greek houses, churches, and street culture.
The last stop of our day is Pierre Loti Hill, which has one of the most special views of Istanbul. Here, we take a tea or coffee break with the view of the Golden Horn.
After our program, we proceed to our hotel. Dinner and accommodation will take place at our hotel. An entertainment program in Kumkapı is organized for guests who wish (extra).
After having breakfast at our hotel, we start our tour of the Historical Peninsula, the heart of Istanbul.
Our first stop is the Topkapi Palace. Here, we visit sections such as Bab-ı Hümayun, Aya İrini, Babüsselam, Divan-ı Hümayun, Justice Tower, Harem section, Treasury (weapon collections), Babüssade, Arz Room, III. Ahmed Library, Sacred Relics, palace kitchens, and porcelain collection, as well as the Baghdad and Revan Pavilions, accompanied by our guide.
After our visit to Topkapi Palace, we visit the Hagia Sophia-i Kebir Mosque, one of the world's most important structures with its architecture and history.
Next, we move to the Hippodrome Square, which has a history stretching from ancient times to the present. We witness the region's past by seeing historical artifacts such as the German Fountain, the Egyptian Obelisk, the Serpent Column, and the Woven Column.
Then we visit the Sultanahmet Mosque and explore one of Istanbul's most important religious and historical structures with our guide.
Continuing our tour, we visit the Basilica Cistern with its enchanting atmosphere. We experience an unforgettable moment among the columns inside the cistern and its mystical atmosphere.
The last stop of our day is Taksim Square. After the guide's information, we give free time.
After the free time, we start our return journey to Izmir. With breaks along the route, we drop you off at the points where we picked you up in the late hours, bidding farewell until we meet again in another GEZİ TUTKUNLARI organization.
Note: Arrival times may vary depending on road, traffic, and weather conditions. Therefore, we recommend planning your return transportation for the next day.
CANCELLATION, REFUND AND CHANGE CONDITIONS Tour reservations can be canceled uninterruptedly up to 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full amount paid will be refunded. For tours organized during special periods such as holidays, semester breaks, New Year's, official holidays, etc., cancellations and refunds cannot be made 4 days (96 hours) before and after the tour date. Refund requests made outside the specified timeframes are not possible. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation can be changed depending on availability. Name changes are allowed. Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information are sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. In tour programs with flights, no refunds will be made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. In case of cancellation of the tour by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational necessities, the tour fee paid by the guest will be refunded in full without any deductions. Refunds are processed through the method of payment made. Due to the processing times of banks and card institutions, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in the account may vary. All guests making a reservation are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and change conditions.
General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants are dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs are made at different points outside the program. The start and end times of the tour may not coincide with public transport times. Participants are responsible for planning accordingly. The times indicated on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not reach, the participant is responsible for contacting the office.
2-The agency has the right to make program changes due to weather conditions, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational necessities.
3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined according to the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for trips and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.
6-If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour can be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discounts apply to children under 12 years old, provided they share a room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels, provided they are of the same standards.
9-Room allocation and room type are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided in the tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for trips that cannot be made due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times indicated by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and busy periods, accommodation may be provided in different hotels of the same standard. If necessary, the group may be split.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken as the basis.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions at the time of reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow the website updates. The website and Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may make changes to the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational necessities, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The cancellation date will be taken as the basis for applying the deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement. The refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc., third-party services are subject to the conditions of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, official authority decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit tax, and entry requirements are entirely the participant's responsibility. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.
21-Price updates may be made until the date of the tour due to currency exchange rate increases, fuel prices, taxes, and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.
23-In case of non-compliance with the departure times indicated by the guide, the guest is obliged to participate in the tour program at their own expense. Any additional expenses incurred are the responsibility of the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
Customers are deemed to have accepted all items when purchasing the tour.
