If sufficient participation is not provided, Gezi Tutkunları reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In case of cancellation, the guest will be informed, and the tour fee will be fully refunded. Refunds for additional services will also be made for domestic flights obtained from Gezi Tutkunları. However, refunds for used services such as visa services and travel health insurance will not be made; if no visa application has been made, refunds for these services can be processed. If the guest has obtained the domestic flight from another provider and the trip is canceled by Gezi Tutkunları, no refund can be requested. The guest accepts any material and moral losses that may occur in case of cancellation, and Gezi Tutkunları cannot be held responsible. 3. In the event of insufficient participation, Gezi Tutkunları reserves the right to show goodwill to avoid canceling the tour. In this case, the special guiding service provided to the guest only covers the international round-trip transfer. **Cancellation and Change** 4.
