Important Notes

  • Vehicle sizes are arranged according to the number of participants. It can be a minibus, midi-bus, or bus.
  • Our agency is responsible for all tours mentioned in this program.
  • For tours that require a Museum Card, the card can be obtained during the trip. The Museum Card fee is 60 TL. The student Museum Card fee is 30 TL. The Museum Card provides free entry to all museums in Turkey for one year.
  • If the minimum number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that notice is given at least 10 (ten) days in advance. In case of cancellation, the paid fee will be refunded to the participant in the same manner it was paid.
  • Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. Additionally, no stops or drop-offs will be made at different points.
  • Our agency reserves the right to make changes due to weather, road, and extraordinary circumstances.
  • Our agency is not responsible for changes in balloon prices during special periods. We offer you the best prices available from balloon companies.
  • Our agency is not responsible for any items forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.
  • No tours or trips will be conducted where local authorities do not permit visits for any reason. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
  • Child discounts apply to participants under the age of 12, provided they stay with 2 adults.
  • Accommodations in the program are made in at least 4-star hotels. Changes can be made to hotels as long as they are of the same standards.
  • Mandatory travel insurance is provided in our tours. Date of birth and T.C. identity number must be presented. Our agency is not obliged to verify this information.
  • Our agency is not responsible for tours that cannot be conducted despite being mentioned in the program due to unforeseen reasons (weather, road, crowding at visit sites, etc.) or if guests do not comply with the times set by our guide.
  • Our guide has the right to make any changes to the program as deemed necessary.

Program

event Day 1 — Izmir - Cappadocia — Suhan Cappadocia Hotel etc.

Dear guests; After welcoming you at the specified stops, we begin our journey with the comfortable buses of GEZİ TUTKUNLARI. We take a break in Aksaray, where we will arrive in the morning, and have our breakfast freely at the rest area. At the designated time, we head towards the Ihlara Valley, historically known as Peristremma, which has been eroded by the Melendiz River over centuries, with a total length of 12 km. We see this valley panoramically and after photographing its geographical beauties, we first head to the Derinkuyu Underground City, which was built by the Hittites and where the first Christians sought refuge from Roman oppression. This magnificent structure, with a diameter of 7 km and a depth of up to 60 meters, will surely remain in your memories for a long time. Then we arrive in Avanos and take a lunch break (extra). Afterward, we move to the Onyx Natural Stone Workshop at the designated time. After receiving information about the properties of this stone, which has countless benefits for soul and body health, we are given free time for shopping. Our next stop is Dervent… We photograph the interesting structures formed by the erosion of rocks and fairy chimneys in the shape of animals. In the region famous for its grapes and widespread viticulture, there are many family-run wineries. After visiting one of these workshops and learning about grapes and wine production, we check into our hotel. Our dinner and accommodation will take place at our hotel in Cappadocia.

event Day 2 — Cappadocia

We greet the new day in the land of beautiful horses and head to the area where the balloon launches take place to watch/ride with the sunrise. After having breakfast at our hotel, our first stop is the Three Beauties Fairy Chimneys. After the free time given here, we visit the mansion where the legendary series Asmalı Konak was filmed in the 2000s. Then we head to the Göreme Open-Air Museum. First, we visit the St. Basil, St. Barbara, Elmalı, Yılanlı, Dining Hall, and Çarıklı churches, and then we take a lunch break (extra). After the meal, we visit a pottery workshop to see and try the intricacies of pottery-making, which is a product of 3000 years of experience and is synonymous with the region. Then we take a one-hour safari tour with ATVs among the fairy chimneys (extra). After this tour, accompanied by the fairy chimneys, we return to our hotel. Dinner and accommodation will be at our hotel.

event Day 3 — Cappadocia - Konya - Izmir

After having breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we visit the SULTANHANI CARAVANSERAI, the largest of the Seljuk architectural inns on the historic Silk Road. From here, we reach another city rich in history, culture, and natural wealth, KONYA. After free time for lunch, we visit the MEVLANA MUSEUM, which still retains its mystery with its interesting historical artifacts both in its architecture and within the museum. After this meaningful visit, we return to Izmir via AFYON-UŞAK-KULA-SALIHLİ-TURGUTLU, with appropriate breaks, and we arrive in Izmir between 23:30-00:30. We bid farewell to you by dropping you off at the points we picked you up from for another GEZİ TUTKUNLARI trip. NOTE: Our arrival time in Izmir may be later than planned due to road congestion, traffic, fog, and weather conditions. Therefore, we recommend that you plan your return ticket and flight ticket for the next day.

policy Cancellation Policy

You can postpone your tour date by informing us at least 5 business days before the date of the tour. You can receive a refund for your tour fee by informing us at least 7 business days before the date of the tour. For tours with flights and international programs, you can receive a refund for your tour fee by informing us at least 30 business days in advance. Tour fee refunds will be made in the manner they were paid to the guest. For credit card payments, commission fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
