• Our agency is responsible for all tours and organizations mentioned in this program.
• The departure times specified by the guide are definite and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and any refund or compensation requests due to the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details are sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to be realized, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least 2 days' notice. In this case, the paid fees will be refunded in full.
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit sequences, and departure times in accordance with weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements.
• Due to possible traffic and regional density during holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar peak periods, changes or time restrictions may occur on the specified routes in the program.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to an additional fee. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour fee unless otherwise stated in the program.
• In tours requiring a museum card, obtaining the card is the responsibility of the guest. Guests without a museum card can enter using current applications and ticket office procedures.
• Participants are dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the beginning of the tour. Outside of operational obligations, no off-route passenger drop-off will be made.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the responsibility of the participant. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• Compliance with the departure times specified by the guide is mandatory. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility.
• Our tours include mandatory travel insurance. The accuracy of the shared information for insurance procedures is the participant's responsibility.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes may be made as long as they are of the same standard.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests who have sensitivity regarding this matter should inform us in writing before the tour.
• The current sales contract provisions are valid for reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer transactions.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation and Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the cancellation right up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, within the package conditions.
Dear Guests;
After welcoming you at the specified stops, we start our journey with the comfortable vehicles of GEZİ TUTKUNLARI. During our morning break in the Aksaray region, breakfast opportunities are offered at a suitable facility (extra).
After our breakfast, we reach the Ihlara Valley, which has been formed by the Melendiz River over thousands of years and is approximately 12 km long. In this unique valley, historically known as Peristremma, we enjoy panoramic views of the region and take a photo break with the guidance of our guide.
Next, we visit the Underground City (Kaymaklı, Derinkuyu, Seratlı, etc.), one of the most impressive structures in Cappadocia, where Christians sought refuge during the Roman period. This underground city, which has a depth of about 60 meters and a multi-storey structure, has been used as a living space throughout history and offers an impressive experience to its visitors.
Continuing our tour, we move to Avanos. After our lunch break by the Kızılırmak River (extra), we visit the Onyx Natural Stone Workshop to learn about the famous handicrafts of the region. Here, we receive information about the stone processing process and are given free time for shopping.
Afterwards, we go to the Devrent (Imagination) Valley, one of the most interesting natural formations in Cappadocia. We take photos of the rocks that have been shaped by erosion and resemble animal figures.
To learn about the local viticulture culture, we visit a local production point and receive information about grape and wine production.
At the end of our day, we check into our hotel. Dinner and accommodation will take place at our hotel in Cappadocia.
We start the new day in the beautiful land of Cappadocia by watching the balloons rise into the sky with the sunrise Balloon Watching Tour (Included). Guests who wish can watch the hot air balloons at the launch site, while those who prefer can experience this unique moment as a balloon tour (extra).
After having breakfast at our hotel, we continue our Cappadocia tour. Our first stop is the Three Beauties Fairy Chimneys. Here, we have free time to capture one of the region's most iconic views.
Next, we visit the mansion where the beloved series Asmalı Konak was filmed in the 2000s. After receiving information about the cultural texture of the region, we head to the Göreme Open-Air Museum.
In Göreme, we explore St. Basil, St. Barbara, Elmalı, Yılanlı, and Çarıklı churches and the dining hall sections with our guide, getting to know Cappadocia's historical and religious heritage closely. After our tour, we take a lunch break (extra).
After lunch, we proceed to Avanos to witness the traditional craft of pottery making. Guests who wish can also experience this activity alongside the demonstrations by the masters.
Later in the day, we will have an approximately 1-hour ATV Safari tour (extra) among the fairy chimneys. After experiencing adrenaline-filled moments in Cappadocia's unique nature, we return to our hotel.
Dinner and accommodation will take place at our hotel in Cappadocia.
After having breakfast at our hotel, we leave Cappadocia and start our return journey. Along the way, we visit the Sultanhanı Caravanserai, one of the most important stops on the historical Silk Road and considered one of the most magnificent examples of Seljuk architecture. We explore this unique structure with the guidance of our guide and take a photo break.
Next, we arrive in the city of Konya, where history, culture, and spirituality meet. After our free time for lunch, we visit the Mevlana Museum, which is associated with the teachings of Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi. In the impressive atmosphere of the museum, we get to know Konya's spiritual heritage closely with the information provided by our guide.
After our tour, we start our return journey to Izmir. Following the route of Afyon – Uşak – Kula – Salihli – Turgutlu, we progress with suitable breaks and arrive in Izmir late at night (02:30 - 03:30).
We bid farewell to you by dropping you off at the points we picked you up from, hoping to see you again in another GEZİ TUTKUNLARI organization.
Note: Arrival times may vary depending on road, traffic, and weather conditions. Therefore, we recommend planning your return flights/plans for the next day.
CANCELLATION, REFUND AND CHANGE CONDITIONS Cancellations of tour reservations can be made uninterruptedly until 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full amount paid will be refunded. For tours organized during special periods such as holidays, semester breaks, New Year's, and official holidays, cancellations and refunds cannot be made 4 days (96 hours) before and after the tour date. Refund requests made outside the specified periods are not possible. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation may be changed depending on availability. Name changes can be made. Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information are sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. In tour programs with flights, no refunds will be made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. In case of cancellation of the tour by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational obligations, the tour fee paid by the guest will be refunded in full without any deductions. Refunds are made through the method of payment used. Due to the processing times of banks and card institutions, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in the account may vary. All guests making reservations are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and change conditions.
General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants are dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs will be made at different points outside the program. Tour start and end times may not coincide with public transport times. Participants are obliged to plan accordingly. The times stated on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not reach, the participant is responsible for contacting the office.
2-The agency has the right to make program changes due to weather conditions, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational requirements.
3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined according to the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for tours and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be conducted for security reasons.
6-In case the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour can be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discounts apply to children under 12 years old, provided they stay in the same room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels as long as they are of the same standard.
9-Room assignments and room types are determined by hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided in tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for tours that cannot be conducted due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times indicated by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and peak periods, accommodation may be made in different hotels of the same standard. If necessary, the group may be divided.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken into account.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions during the reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may change the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational requirements, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement are applied based on the cancellation date. Refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc. are subject to the conditions of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, and official authority decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and entry requirements are entirely the responsibility of the participant. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.
21-Price updates may be made until the tour date due to exchange rate increases, fuel prices, taxes, and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.
23-If the departure times indicated by the guide are not followed, the guest is obliged to participate in the tour program with their own means. Any additional expenses that may arise are the responsibility of the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in promotional and marketing activities.
Customers are deemed to have accepted all items when purchasing the tour.
