event Day 1 — Ihlara Valley – Underground City – Avanos – Cappadocia

Dear Guests;

After welcoming you at the specified stops, we begin our journey with the comfortable vehicles of GEZİ TUTKUNLARI. During our morning break in the Aksaray region, breakfast options are available at a suitable facility (extra).

After breakfast, we reach the Ihlara Valley, which has been formed by the Melendiz River over thousands of years and is approximately 12 km long. In this unique valley, historically known as Peristremma, we enjoy panoramic views of the region and take a photo break with the guidance of our tour guide.

Then, we visit the Underground City (Kaymaklı, Derinkuyu, Seratlı, etc.), one of the most impressive structures in Cappadocia, where Christians sought refuge during the Roman period. This underground city, which is approximately 60 meters deep and multi-layered, has been used as a living space throughout history and offers visitors an impressive experience.

Continuing our tour, we head to Avanos. After our lunch break by the Kızılırmak River (extra), we visit the Onyx Natural Stone Workshop to learn about the famous handicrafts of the region. Here, we get information about the stone processing process and have free time for shopping.

Next, we go to Devrent (Imagination) Valley, one of Cappadocia's most interesting natural formations. We take photos of the rocks shaped by erosion that resemble animal figures.

To learn about the local viticulture culture, we visit a local production point and get information about grape and wine production.

At the end of our day, we check into our hotel. Dinner and accommodation will take place at our hotel in Cappadocia.

event Day 2 — Cappadocia – Balloons – Göreme – Avanos – ATV Safari

In the Land of Beautiful Horses, Cappadocia, we start the new day by watching the balloons rise into the sky at sunrise Balloon Watching Tour (Included). Guests who wish can watch the hot air balloons at the launch site, while others can experience this unique adventure as a balloon tour (extra).

After breakfast at our hotel, we continue our Cappadocia tour. Our first stop is the Three Beauties Fairy Chimneys. During our free time here, we have the opportunity to photograph one of the region's most iconic views.

Next, we visit the mansion where the beloved series Asmalı Konak was filmed in the 2000s. After learning about the cultural texture of the region, we head to the Göreme Open-Air Museum.

In Göreme, we explore the St. Basil, St. Barbara, Elmalı, Yılanlı, and Çarıklı churches and the refectory section with our guide, getting to know Cappadocia's historical and religious heritage up close. After our tour, we take a lunch break (extra).

After lunch, we proceed to Avanos to see the traditional pottery-making process, one of the region's long-standing arts. Guests who wish can also experience it alongside the demonstrations by the masters.

Later in the day, we will have an approximately 1-hour ATV Safari tour (extra) among the fairy chimneys. After experiencing adrenaline-filled moments in Cappadocia's unique nature, we return to our hotel.

Dinner and accommodation will take place at our hotel in Cappadocia.

event Day 3 — Konya Tour | Sultanhanı – Mevlana – Return to Izmir

After breakfast at our hotel, we leave Cappadocia and begin our return journey. On the way, we visit the Sultanhanı Caravanserai, one of the most important stops on the historical Silk Road and considered one of the most magnificent examples of Seljuk architecture. We explore this unique structure with the guidance of our tour guide and take a photo break.

Next, we arrive in the city of Konya, where history, culture, and spirituality meet. After our free time for lunch, we visit the Mevlana Museum, which is associated with the teachings of Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi. In the impressive atmosphere of the museum, we get to know Konya's spiritual heritage closely with the guidance of our tour guide.

After our tour, we begin our journey back to Izmir. We proceed through the route of Afyon – Uşak – Kula – Salihli – Turgutlu, making suitable breaks, and we arrive in Izmir late at night (02:30 - 03:30).

We bid farewell to you, leaving you at the points we picked you up, hoping to see you again in another GEZİ TUTKUNLARI organization.

Note: Arrival times may vary depending on road, traffic, and weather conditions. Therefore, we recommend that you plan your return flights/plans for the next day.

Important Notes: Vehicle sizes are arranged according to the number of participants. It can be a minibus, midi-bus, or bus.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS 

• Our agency is responsible for all tours and organizations mentioned in this program. 
• The departure times specified by the guide are final and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and any refund or compensation requests due to the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted. 
• Tour program information and departure details are sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect contact information. 
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to be realized, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least 2 days' notice. In this case, the paid fees will be refunded in full. 
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visiting order, and departure times in accordance with weather conditions, traffic density, road status, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements. 
• Due to possible traffic and regional density during holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar busy periods, changes or time restrictions may occur on the specified routes in the program. 
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to additional fees. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour fee unless otherwise stated in the program. 
• In tours requiring a museum card, obtaining the card is the guest's responsibility. Guests without a museum card can access the entrance through current applications and box office transactions. 
• Participants will be dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the beginning of the tour. Outside of operational obligations, off-route passenger drop-offs will not be made. 
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the responsibility of the participant. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items. 
• Compliance with the departure times specified by the guide is mandatory. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility. 
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided during our tours. The accuracy of the shared information for insurance processes is the participant's responsibility. 
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes may be made as long as they are of the same standard. 
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests with sensitivities regarding this matter are required to inform us in writing before the tour. 
• The current sales contract provisions are valid for reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer transactions. 
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation and Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the cancellation right up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, within the package conditions.

policy Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION, REFUND AND CHANGE CONDITIONS Cancellations of tour reservations can be made uninterrupted until 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full amount paid will be refunded. For tours organized during holidays, semester breaks, New Year's, official holidays, and similar special periods, cancellations and refunds cannot be made 4 days (96 hours) before and after the tour date. Refund requests made outside the specified timeframes are not possible. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation may be changed depending on availability. Name changes can be made. Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information will be sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. In tour programs with flights, no refunds will be made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. In the event of the tour being canceled by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational obligations, the tour fee paid by the guest will be refunded in full without any deductions. Refunds are made through the method of payment made. Due to processing times of banks and card institutions, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in the account may vary. All guests making reservations are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and change conditions.

Additional Information

General Information for All Tours:

1-Participants will be dropped off at the points where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs will be made at different points outside the program. The start and end times of the tour may not coincide with public transport schedules. Participants are obliged to plan accordingly. The times specified on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not arrive, the participant is responsible for contacting the office.

2-The agency has the right to make program changes due to weather conditions, road status, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational requirements.

3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined according to the number of participants.

5-The agency cannot be held responsible for tours and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be conducted for security reasons.

6-If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour may be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.

7-Child discounts apply to children under the age of 12, provided they share a room with two adults.

8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels as long as they are of the same standard.

9-Room assignments and types are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room selection or floor selection.

10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.

11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided in tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect declarations.

12-The agency is not responsible for tours that cannot be conducted due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times reported by the guide.

13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.

14-During holidays and peak periods, accommodation may be made in different hotels of the same standard. If necessary, the group may be divided.

15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are considered.

16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions during the reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.

17-Our agency may make changes to the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational requirements, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.

18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The cancellation date will be taken into account, and the deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement will be applied. Refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc., are subject to the conditions of the relevant company.

19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure events such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, and official authority decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.

20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and entry requirements to the country are entirely the participant's responsibility. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.

21-Price updates may occur until the date of the tour due to currency fluctuations, fuel prices, and changes in taxes and fees.

22-The realization of extra tours is dependent on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.

23-If the departure times reported by the guide are not followed, the guest is obliged to participate in the tour program at their own expense. Any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the participant.

24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.

Customers are deemed to have accepted all items when purchasing the tour.
