In all-inclusive accommodations; breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served as open buffets, and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are free between 11:00 and 00:00 within the brands specified by the facility. • Our agency is responsible for all trips and organizations mentioned in this program.
• The departure times specified by the guide are definite and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and any requests for refunds or compensation due to the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted.
• Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information are sent to your registered contact information one day before the tour. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect reporting of contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to be carried out, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that at least 2 days' notice is given. In this case, the paid fees will be refunded in full.
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit sequences, and departure times in accordance with weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements.
• Changes in the specified routes or time constraints may occur due to traffic and regional density that may occur during holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar busy periods.
• Optional extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are chargeable and provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour price unless otherwise specified in the program.
• In tours requiring a museum card, obtaining the card is the guest's responsibility. Guests without a museum card can enter through current applications and ticket office procedures.
• Participants are dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the beginning of the tour. Off-route passenger drop-off is not performed unless operational obligations require it.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the participant's responsibility. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• Compliance with the departure times specified by the guide is mandatory. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided in our tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes may be made as long as they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests who have sensitivities regarding this matter must inform us in writing before the tour.
• The provisions of the current sales contract apply to reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer transactions.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation and Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the cancellation right up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, within the package conditions.
After welcoming our valued guests at the specified stops in the morning, we start our journey with the comfortable vehicles of GEZİ TUTKUNLARI.
During our journey, we take a breakfast and tea-coffee break at a suitable facility around Bafa Lake (extra). Guests who wish can have breakfast with a lake view and continue our journey after a short rest.
After our necessary breaks, we arrive at our hotel in Bodrum around noon and complete our check-in procedures. After settling into our rooms, we take advantage of the facilities of our hotel, which operates on an all-inclusive concept for the rest of the day.
Guests who wish can go to Bitez Beach, one of the most beautiful bays of Bodrum, to enjoy the sea and sun, while others can enjoy their holiday by spending time at the hotel.
At 22:30, we meet in the hotel lobby and head to Gümbet Bar Street, the center of Bodrum's nightlife (extra). After a fun-filled night, we meet at the designated time and return to our hotel.

After having breakfast at our hotel, we benefit from the facilities offered by our hotel, which operates on an all-inclusive concept throughout the day.
Guests who wish can have a pleasant time in the hotel's pool, while others can enjoy the sea and sun at Bitez Beach, which is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel.
In the evening, after dinner at our hotel, guests who want to continue the fun meet at 22:30 in the hotel lobby, and we head to Gümbet Bar Street, one of the most popular spots in Bodrum's nightlife (extra).
After a night of entertainment that will last until the early hours, we meet at the designated time and return to our hotel.

After having an open buffet breakfast at our hotel accompanied by Bodrum's clean air and unique sea view, we check out of our rooms and start our free time to evaluate the rest of the day.
On the last day of our tour, guests who want to continue the adventure can join the boat tour to explore the beautiful bays of Bodrum (extra). Guests who do not want to join the boat tour can swim in the crystal-clear waters of Bodrum, enjoy their time on the beaches, or spend their free time at Bodrum Marina.
The boat tour starts from Bodrum Center Halikarnas Port for guests who join. During this enjoyable sea journey lasting all day, Karaada (Cleopatra Island), Karaada Cave, and beautiful bays will have swimming breaks. Lunch is also included in the price during the boat tour.
At 18:00, we depart from Bodrum and start our return journey to Izmir. We will have a dinner break (optional) for guests who wish along the way.
After a pleasant and fun-filled weekend, we arrive in Izmir between 22:00 - 23:00, drop you off at the points we picked you up from, and bid farewell until we meet again at another GEZİ TUTKUNLARI organization.
Note: The boat tour is organized as an extra. Changes may be made to the tour program depending on weather and sea conditions.
CANCELLATION, REFUND AND CHANGE CONDITIONS Cancellations of tour reservations can be made uninterruptedly up to 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full amount paid will be refunded. In tours organized during special periods such as holidays, semester breaks, New Year's, official holidays, etc., cancellations and refunds cannot be made 4 days (96 hours) before and after the tour date. Refund requests made outside the specified periods are not possible. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation may be changed depending on availability. Name changes can be made. Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information are sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. In tour programs with flights, no refunds will be made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. In the event of cancellation of the tour by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational obligations, the tour fee paid by the guest will be refunded in full without any deductions. Refunds are made through the method of payment used. Due to the processing times of banks and card issuers, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in the account may vary. All guests making a reservation are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and change conditions.
General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants are dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs are made at different points outside the program. The start and end times of the tour may not coincide with public transport times. Participants are obliged to plan accordingly. The times specified on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not arrive, the participant is responsible for contacting the office.
2-The agency has the right to make changes to the program due to weather conditions, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational necessities.
3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined according to the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for trips and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.
6-If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour may be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discounts apply to children under the age of 12, provided they share a room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels as long as they are of the same standards.
9-Room assignments and room types are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided in the tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for tours that cannot be conducted due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times indicated by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and busy periods, accommodation may be provided in different hotels of the same standard. If necessary, the group may be divided.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken into account.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions at the time of reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may make changes to the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational necessities, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement will be applied based on the cancellation date. Refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc., are subject to the conditions of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, and official authority decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and entry requirements into the country are entirely the participant's responsibility. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.
21-Tour prices may be updated until the tour date due to changes in exchange rates, fuel prices, taxes, and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.
23-If the times indicated by the guide are not followed, the guest is obliged to participate in the tour program at their own expense. Any additional expenses incurred will be the participant's responsibility.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
Customers are deemed to have accepted all items when purchasing the tour.
