• Our agency is responsible for all trips and organizations specified in this program.
• The departure times specified by the guide are definitive and binding for all participants. A maximum waiting period of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time to avoid disrupting the program. If the waiting period is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and no refund or compensation claim arising from the participant's inability to continue the tour will be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details are sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour by providing at least 2 days' notice. In this case, the fees paid will be fully refunded.
• In line with weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements, the guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit order, and departure times.
• Due to traffic and regional density that may occur during holidays, public holidays, semester breaks, and similar busy periods, changes or time restrictions may be experienced in the routes specified in the program.
• Extra activities (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) included in the programs are optional and subject to a fee. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour price unless otherwise specified in the program.
• In tours requiring a Museum Card, the provision of the card is the responsibility of the guest. Guests without a Museum Card can arrange their entry through current applications and ticket office procedures.
• Participants are dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the beginning of the tour. Dropping off passengers outside the route is not done except for operational necessities.
• The protection of personal belongings throughout the tour is the responsibility of the participant. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• Adherence to the departure times specified by the guide is mandatory. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by the participant.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entry to the sea or water is entirely the responsibility of the participant.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided for our tours. The accuracy of the information shared for insurance procedures is the responsibility of the participant.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes can be made provided they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests who are sensitive about this matter must inform us in writing before the tour.
• The provisions of the current sales contract apply to reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer procedures.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the right to cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, within the package conditions.

We set off from İzmir; we discover Aphrodisias, where marble turns into art, the magnificent Hierapolis, and the white travertines of Pamukkale. We listen to the stories of ancient cities, collect memories with photo breaks, and dedicate time to Denizli's local delicacies.
As we proceed along the Aydın and Nazilli route, we start the day with a breakfast break on the way, then reach our first visit point, the Ancient City of Aphrodisias, via Karacasu.
Named after Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty, Aphrodisias was an art center renowned especially for sculpture in ancient times. The skillful processing of stones extracted from nearby marble quarries made the city famous not only for its magnificent structures but also for the artists it produced. As we walk through its ancient streets, we imagine the sculptors who once worked in this city, the people who met in the squares, and the hustle and bustle of daily life.
During our trip, the monumental entrance Tetrapylon, the Temple of Aphrodite, Sebasteion, the theater, and the impressive stadium stand out. Accompanied by our guide's narration, we learn about the history of the structures, taking a closer look at the column capitals, motifs on the marble, and details of the stonework. During our break in front of the stadium stands, we visualize the ancient competitions and the excitement of the crowd.
After our Aphrodisias tour, we take a break for lunch, then continue our journey towards Denizli. In our conversations about the region's culture and cuisine along the way, Tavas pide and Tavas baklava are among our guide's recommendations for guests who want to discover local flavors.
Upon reaching our thermal hotel in Denizli, we settle into our rooms and dedicate the rest of the day to relaxation. Our guests who wish can spend time in our hotel's outdoor and indoor thermal pools, and benefit from the jacuzzi and Turkish bath. There is also a free indoor thermal pool and Turkish bath specifically for our female guests. Guests who prefer sauna, Finnish bath, massage, and other spa treatments can benefit from these services for a fee.

After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we check out from our rooms and head to Pamukkale, where nature and history meet in the same place. The Ancient City of Hierapolis, built right above the white travertines, welcomes us with stories that have accompanied this view for centuries.
As we walk through Hierapolis, which stood out with its thermal springs in ancient times, we discover how water shaped the life of a city. We learn that baths were not just places for washing but also social spaces where people met and chatted; we search for traces of daily life in the past among the city's ruins.
One of the most impressive stops of our trip is the Hierapolis Ancient Theater, which stands out with its magnificent stage structure. Looking at the surroundings from the stands, we enjoy the view, imagining how this structure was a meeting point centuries ago. Our visit deepens with our guide's explanations about the city's foundation, belief system, and Roman-era life.
After our ancient city tour, we proceed to the Pamukkale Travertines. Behind this whiteness, which resembles a snow-covered slope from afar, lies a natural process formed by the precipitation of calcium from thermal waters over time. We give free time to take photos and observe the surroundings in this landscape where the traces left by the water along the slope have turned into terraces.
For our guests who wish to walk in the open travertine section, we have a small guide tip: taking a shoe bag and a small towel with you in this area where shoes are removed will make your trip easier. We also recommend comfortable walking shoes, season-appropriate clothing, a hat, and water for the ancient city.
After our Pamukkale tour, we make room for Denizli's local flavors during our lunch break. You can postpone your tour date by informing us at least 5 business days before the tour date. You can get a refund of your tour fee by informing us at least 7 business days before the tour date. For flight-inclusive and international tour programs, you can get a refund of your tour fee by informing us at least 30 business days in advance. Tour fee refunds are made in the same way the guest paid. For credit card payments, commission fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants are dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs are made at different points outside the program. Tour start and end times may not coincide with public transportation hours. Participants are obliged to plan accordingly. The times specified on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information are sent via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification is not received, it is the participant's responsibility to contact the office.
2-In tours; the agency reserves the right to change the program due to weather conditions, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational requirements.
3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in tours is determined by the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for excursions and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out due to security reasons.
6-If the sufficient number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour may be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discount; is valid for children under 12 years old, provided they stay in the same room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels, provided they are of the same standards.
9-Room placement and room type are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A rollaway bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided for tours. Participants are required to declare their correct date of birth and Turkish ID number. The participant is responsible for the consequences arising from incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for excursions that cannot be made due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or failure to comply with the times announced by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and busy periods, accommodation may be provided in different hotels of the same standard. The group may be divided if necessary.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken as basis.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these terms during reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and the Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may change the tour program in line with seasonal conditions, road works, operational requirements, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement are applied based on the cancellation date. Refund rules for third-party services such as transportation, flights, ferries, etc., are subject to the conditions of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, or official authority decisions. In these cases, the provisions of the current legislation apply.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, international departure fee, and fulfillment of entry requirements for the country are entirely the responsibility of the participant. The agency is not responsible for any problems that may arise at border crossings.
21-Price updates may be made until the tour date in line with increases in exchange rates, fuel prices, taxes, and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be carried out.
