Great Bulgaria & Romania Tour: 5 Nights 7 Days by Bus

Day 1 — ISTANBUL-KAPIKULE

After meeting our guests at the designated points, we set off towards Edirne Kapıkule border gate.

Day 2 — KAPIKULE - PLOVDIV - SOFIA

After completing customs and passport procedures, we enter Bulgaria. Our first stop will be the city of Plovdiv. In Plovdiv, Bulgaria's second largest city, we will visit places such as Nöbet Tepe, the old town, Batenberg Street, Argır Kuyumcuoğlu's house (ethnography museum), Ottoman houses, the amphitheater, Friday Mosque, and Friday Square. After the city tour, we will have free time and then head to Bulgaria's capital, Sofia. Upon arrival, we will start our city tour. Important points such as St. Nedelya Church, Rotunda Church, Russian Church, Aya Sofya Church, Aleksandr Nevski Cathedral, the Prime Ministry and Parliament buildings, Sofia University, and the Banyabaşı Mosque built by Mimar Sinan will be seen.

Day 3 — SOFIA – PLEVNE – LOFÇA – VELIKO TARNOVO - RUSÇUK

After having breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we set off towards the city of Plevne. We will visit the Panorama Museum, which tells the story of the Plevne defense during the Ottoman-Russian war. After the museum visit, we will have free time in the city center. Then we will head towards Lofça. In the historical center of Lofça, we will see the Ottoman bazaar and houses. After free time here, we will proceed to Veliko Tarnovo, the former capital of Bulgaria, and give our guests free time to explore the historical and natural beauties of the city. Finally, we arrive at the city of Rusçuk (Ruse) located by the Danube River and check into our hotel. Accommodation will be at our hotel in Rusçuk.

Day 4 — RUSÇUK – SINAIA - BRAN - BRAŞOV

After having breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we cross the Friendship Bridge over the Danube River to reach the Romanian border. After customs and passport procedures here, we enter Romania and head towards the city of Sinaia. We will visit the "Peleș Castle," one of the most beautiful castles in Transylvania. After touring the castle, we will take a short photo break. After the photo break, we proceed to the city of Bran. Upon arrival in Bran, we will visit the mysterious "Dracula Castle," which inspired the story of Count Dracula, known as "Kazıklı Voyvoda" in Ottoman history. After our visit to Dracula Castle...

Day 5 — BRAŞOV– BÜKREŞ

After having breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we set off towards Bucharest, known as the Paris of the East. Upon arrival, we start our city tour of Bucharest. Revolution Square, University Square, the Romanian Athenaeum, the "House of the People" built by Ceaușescu, the statue of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the Garrison building, and the Bucharest History Museum are among the places we will see panoramically. After the city tour, we proceed to our hotel for accommodation. Guests who wish can participate in the extra Romanian Night with dinner at a local restaurant (55 €). After dinner, we return to our hotel. Overnight stay will be at our hotel in Bucharest.

Day 6 — BÜKREŞ – KÖSTENCE - VARNA

After having breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we arrive at Constanța, the largest city in the Dobruja region, where the Turkish and Tatar population is dense, and start our city tour. During the panoramic city tour, we will see important places such as Carol I Mosque, Hünkar Mosque, Genoese Lighthouse, and Ovidius Square. After the city tour and free time, we re-enter Bulgaria. We head to Varna, Bulgaria's largest third city, known as the pearl of the Black Sea. During our panoramic city tour, we will visit the Archaeological Museum, Varna Cathedral, and Roman ruins. After the panoramic city tour, we will have free time for lunch.

Day 7 — VARNA – NESSEBAR- ISTANBUL

After having breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we set off towards the city of Nessebar. We arrive at the historical and beautiful seaside town of Nessebar, which was included in UNESCO's World Heritage List in 1983, and during the panoramic city tour, we will see the Old Metropolitan Church (6th century A.D.) and Pantokrator Churches (13-14th century), and then visit the historical Bulgarian houses from the 18th-19th century Bulgarian renaissance on the peninsula. After our tour, we arrive at the Dereköy land border gate via Burgas. After customs and passport procedures here, we enter Turkey and after taking necessary breaks on the way, we drop off our guests at the points they were picked up.
