We meet at the International Terminal of Istanbul Airport 3 hours before our flight to complete our luggage procedures. We depart for Madrid at 10:35 AM on Turkish Airlines flight TK1357. We arrive in Madrid at 1:15 PM local time and immediately start our tour of Toledo. Founded by Jews in 590 BC, Toledo is one of Spain's most important cities in terms of history and tourism, where people of different religions live peacefully today. Known as the 'City of Knights', Toledo is located on the banks of the largest river in the Iberian Peninsula, the Tajo. This city, which was the capital of the Kingdom of Spain for a long time, is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is known as one of the largest cities of the Middle Ages.<\/p>
