If sufficient participation cannot be achieved for the trip, Gezi Tutkunları has the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In such a case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest, and the tour fee will be fully refunded. The refund of additional services taken outside the tour also applies to domestic connecting flights obtained from Gezi Tutkunları; however, services such as visa services and travel health insurance are non-refundable if used. If the guest obtains the domestic flight from a provider independent of Gezi Tutkunları, they cannot request any refund even if the tour is canceled by Gezi Tutkunları. Any material and moral damages that may occur in case of tour cancellation are accepted by the guest, and Gezi Tutkunları cannot be held responsible. 3. When sufficient participation is not achieved, Gezi Tutkunları has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided specifically for the guest, the guiding service only covers the round-trip airport transfer. **Cancellation and Change** 4.
