If sufficient participation is not achieved, Travel Enthusiasts reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In this case, the guest will be informed of the cancellation, and the tour fee will be fully refunded. Payments made for additional services can also be refunded; however, refunds for utilized services such as visa services and travel health insurance are not possible. If the guest has booked domestic connecting flights with a different provider, no refund can be requested in the event of cancellation by Travel Enthusiasts. The guest accepts in advance any financial and moral losses that may arise from cancellation, and Travel Enthusiasts cannot be held responsible in this regard. 3. If sufficient participation is not achieved, Travel Enthusiasts reserves the right not to cancel the tour.
