Day 1 | Istanbul – Thessaloniki
We depart at 22:00 from the Kadıköy Marriage Office, at 22:30 from Mecidiyeköy Square/Bambi Cafe, at 23:00 from in front of İncirli Ömür Plaza, at 23:30 from in front of Beylikdüzü Marmara Park Shopping Mall, and at 23:59 from in front of Silivri Vega Shopping Mall. (It is important to be there at least 15 minutes before the specified departure times.) After approximately a 3-hour journey, we reach the Ipsala border gate and after completing our customs and passport procedures, we cross into Greece and proceed to Thessaloniki via Alexandroupolis (Dedeağaç), Komotini (Gümülcine), Xanthi (İskeçe), and Kavala.
Day 2 | Thessaloniki
After arriving in Thessaloniki in the morning, during our panoramic city tour, we will visit the Church of Aya Dimitros, the largest church in Greece, and the house where Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey, was born. We will see the Church of Aya Sofya, the Ottoman Bath, the Ottoman Mosque, the Bedesten, the White Tower, the Rotunda, and the International Fair area. We will have free time until 14:30 while walking along the waterfront filled with Thessaloniki's famous cafes and shops. After checking into our hotel, we will have free time. Day 3 | Thessaloniki – Kavala – Xanthi – Gümülcine – Dedeağaç – Istanbul
After breakfast, we set off towards Kavala. Upon reaching Kavala, we start our panoramic city tour; Imaret, Aqueducts, Kavala Castle, Municipality Building, and Kavala Bazaar are among the places to be seen from the bus. After 1 hour of free time, we head to Xanthi (İskeçe). In Xanthi, where the Turkish population of Western Thrace is dense, we will take a short walk in the old bazaar with traditional Turkish houses reminiscent of Safranbolu, and then spend 1.5 hours in beautiful cafes and taverns. After that, we will take a panoramic tour of the cities of Komotini (Gümülcine) and Alexandroupolis (Dedeağaç), which have a high Turkish population.
GENERAL TERMS 1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the program. 2- If sufficient participation is not achieved; Travel Enthusiasts have the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In such a case, the guest will be informed of the cancellation, and the tour fee will be fully refunded. In the case of refunds for additional services taken outside the tour; domestic flight tickets purchased from Travel Enthusiasts will also be refunded. However, if visa services and travel health insurance have been used, refunds for these services will not be possible. If a visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance will be canceled, and a refund will be made. If the guest has purchased domestic connecting flights from a provider other than Travel Enthusiasts, they cannot request any refund if the tour is canceled by Travel Enthusiasts. The guest accepts any material and moral losses that may arise due to tour cancellation, and Travel Enthusiasts cannot be held responsible. 3- In case of insufficient participation, Travel Enthusiasts reserve the right not to cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be specially provided for the guest, the guiding service will only cover the overseas round-trip airport transfer. Cancellation and Change 4- Guests can notify Travel Enthusiasts in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date regarding the flights paid and/or committed to the airline companies.
