**GENERAL TERMS** 1- General terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be evaluated separately from the program. 2- If sufficient participation is not achieved, Travel Enthusiasts reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In this case, the guest will be informed of the cancellation, and the tour fee will be fully refunded. In the case of refunds for additional services obtained outside the tour; domestic flight tickets purchased from Travel Enthusiasts will also be refunded. However, services such as visa services and travel health insurance will not be refunded if used. If a visa application has not been made, the cancellation of these services will result in a refund. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight from a different provider and the trip is canceled by Travel Enthusiasts, no refund can be requested. The guest accepts that any material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour are their responsibility, and Travel Enthusiasts cannot be held liable. 3- If sufficient participation is not achieved, Travel Enthusiasts reserves the right to not cancel the tour. In this case, since a special tour is organized for the guest, the guiding service will only cover the international round-trip transfer. **Cancellation and Change** 4- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date will incur a penalty for cancellation and change procedures. 5- Guests can notify Travel Enthusiasts in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date regarding the airline
